The tv was huge had a great back view of the Ferris wheel and slingshot at night time it was pretty. The staff were also great due to my flight cancellation from snow storm conditions

The caulk on the bathroom floor had mold on it and it water was leaking on the floor. The room we stayed in had no microwave. There was no ice machine to be found contrary to signage stating otherwise. Breakfast was pretty basic. Ran out of waffle batter a few times, ran out of milk a few time or milk wasn’t even present.

As I entered the lobby there was an over powering air freshener. Then we got on the elevator which it appeared to be mold on the door. When we got off on the 4th floor it stunk of mold so bad I was choking an gagging. I attempted to go into our room which smelled horrific and again there was visible black mold on the rug. I couldnt even stay there. I had to immediately leave the same way I got there.

The stuff was great, and the breakfast was good with some options. Our room was clean, but They will be able to move us to another room due to a heat problem. Overall, I would rate it at nine.

Website lists a fitness center and laundry facilities but have neither one? Room was dilapidated and had an old iron but no ironing board. Tv was more frustrating than entertaining as there was no guide to reference. Went to front desk for listing and was told to take a screenshot of the ONLY copy in the hotel. I went to my room to utilize the list but none of the channels listed corresponded to the channels on the tv. Super frustrating and time consuming to find anything to watch as I had to go channel by channel and if a commercial was on, wait until program resumed before I could even determine if I wanted to watch it or not. Parking was horrible and I had to wait 30 minutes circling the lot to park my car. I will never book there again.
