We really liked everything. Close to Disney. Great pool and food choices. The only complaint we have is the internet is spotty. Overall great place.

Great hotel rooms always clean well worth the money will be back next year

The hotel is in the heart of all the theme parks and attractions! Although it is noticeably a hotel that has been around for a while, it is well kept and in good condition. It has plenty of amenities (a cafe, a good restaurant, a convenience store, an arcade etc.) Overall a great stay and a great experience. I don't give it a 5 rating simply becase some if the decor and furniture is dated

Big room well designed nice pool and clean Just i think they need more friendly staff on the lobby

wonderful close to everything the park airportand restaurants its only an 1 from the ocean.i do recommend this hotel

The lobby and front of the hotel looks nice, like a resort, but the rooms not that great. We rented the villa, a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen for our family of 5. The beds were great but there were some things that just needed renovating. The grounds were seriously unkept. There was a pool jacuzzi area for only villa guests yet everyone was in there. I know because I heard people talking about their standard room in the tower. They should've been in the main pool area but the gate was broken so everybody was walking in. The jacuzzi was broken so no jets worked. Next time we will stay at a Disney resort. That's my recommendation.

Hotel is beautiful. Pool is amazing. Hotel service to get a blanket was slow, but understood since the place is so big.

This has to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Not only is it beautiful but it is also very convenient for travelers. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I hope to be back in the future!

The main areas of the hotel were very nice such as the main lobby and pool. They looked just like the pictures. However, the rooms were just average. The shower didn't work right, the room was a little on the small side. There was hardly any parking. We had to park so far away from our hotel room almost every night. They cleaned the rooms late in the afternoon which is usually when we were coming in to take a nap or go in the pool. So very inconvenient when you have a little one. Overall it wasn't bad, but not worth what we paid for.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a week near the end of may. The layout of this hotel from the outside in front very much does look like what I'd imagine a resort looks like. The lobby area is beautiful and smells nice with pleasant scented air being pumped in. The lobby is large enough to accommodate dozens of people checking in or out at once. This hotel also has a couple of restaurants, an indoor bar, and a 24 hour café. One of the best parts of about staying at this hotel is the magnificent pool area which features a very long curved pool with multiple depths and even has a water side. If you want to get snacks or drinks by the pool, the calypso bar is available poolside. The rooms are also very nice as this is an all suite hotel. The room we had was very clean and cozy. We had plenty of towels to use. The King suite has a jetted tub as well as a microwave and small refrigerator. The hotel was also fairly quiet outside of the occasional loud neighbors that didn't quiet their voices while walking in the hotel hall way.

Quiet atmosphere; not far to walk from room to anywhere you needed on hotel property (pool, convention center, front lobby, parking lot, etc.) Close to Disney.

My family had a wonderful vacation and we would absolutely return again. Everything was clean and wonderful. The only thing that left me annoyed was that the hotel chargers $19.95 per day as resort fee (plus tax), but yet charged me $5 to rent a basketball for my kids to use on their grounds. I just thought it was wrong. If I am paying a resort fee, they should include the rentals. I didn't mind purchasing a swim float, because that was my choice. But if you are going to have basketball courts, the balls should be included in the fee. Just a point to share.

Very nice hotel, rooms were ok but I expected more since it was costly. The carpets were not vacuumed, there was hair in the tub and the shower dripped all the time. $3.00 for the bottled water in the rooms, this should be complimentary. The lobby, pool, movie night and restaurants were very nice.

Nice resort, clean, everyone pleasant. Lacked for nothing.

I don't write reviews often, and wouldn't even bother this time-except this hotel is hard pressed to be a 2 star and I think more people should say so...I think the last time this hotel had an upgrade was in the 80's. A terribly expensive hotel with nothing to please the eye...the bed was comfortable. Even the water from the shower stank! Thank goodness I was only there one night. I travel about 40% of the year...

This the largest resort I have ever stayed at and it was outstanding. The suite was incredibly quiet and roomy with two TV's nothing was missed on the tube. The pool area was set up perfectly room for seems like 200 people. On Saturdays and Sundays they have a DJ at the pool spinning your favorite tunes from the centuries. There was plenty of places to eat but pricey. I had dinner in the Venetian chop house the food was fantastic. IO had the 14 ounce prime + ribeye with 7 ounce lobster tail on the side. Started was Caesar salad with 4 piece cocktail shrimp. The desert was Viennese chocolate cake. It was all presented well and was even better once consumed. The ribeye was perfectly medium rare and tasty. The lobster was perfectly steamed and luscious. I dropped a buck fifty with tip. Highly recommend if you have the budget.

We only stayed one night, but we are looking at staying here again when we come back to Orlando. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the playground and kids pool.

Everything about the hotel was beautiful and all the amenities were great a child playground and a kids pool is a must when you have two young ones. The cabana bar was great, and so was the arcade I can't wait to go back

Great rooms, great customer service and great amenities. The kids loved the pool and loved that they offered a kids movie out by the pool. Great weekend with the kids. I will definitely stay again and will be recommending to family and friends.

Nothing special. The bathroom was old. the Tina small and with spot like fungus.
