Stayed one night. got checked in around 3 pm AND hung out by the beautiful pool. room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable. located very closely to disney and Idrive.

Excellent customer services and variety of things to do and plan while you stay here at the hotels.

I stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. The rooms are outdated and there was some gum stuck on the carpet by the bed when I arrived but otherwise the rest of the room was clean. My son was disappointed as he never had the chance to do movies under the stars (one night was cancelled last minute due to rain, two nights we were away, and the last night there was no movie at all for some reason I do not know). Room was approx $150 per night including taxes and the $25 resort fee. The maids and hotel staff were really nice so that is why I’m giving a 4 rather than 3.

Good pool. Quiet room though full. Good food and lots of activities. Close to all the parks if you want to go.

The hotel is beautiful and the employees at the front desk are very nice . The shuttles to Disney are a really great convenience. The hotel offers shuttles to Disney Springs as well . I just wish they had more drop offs and pick ups for DIsney springs. The pick up is 11 pm , which is late with kids and the shuttle was 30 minutes late , and the hotel had to be called to ask where the shuttle was . The calypso , where you could get food and drinks includes gratitudity . Which I wouldn’t mind if the service was good . An older blonde lady at the bar has an attitude , and when ordering food ; forgot utensils and dressing for salad . Which I didn’t realize till I brought my food upstairs . But besides those two issues , the hotel is beautiful, well kept and convenient. I would stay again .

Great space in public area for groups or individuals such as seating for snacks, family meetings or conversations. Hallways and stairs wide along with plenty of seating at the pool along with nice music playing at pool. Easy to get a drink at poolside bar again plenty of space for all. Valet parking was a great option. Would definitely consider staying at Caribe again if we return for an Orlando visit.

It’s a joke orbitz rates this hotel as high as they do. This place is run down and dirty. Totally disappointed

Great hotel to stay at. Overall great experience.......

It is a good value for your money. It has a nice pool area for both kids and adults.

I stayed there two times before but this time I was very disappointed. The maintenance is clearly lacking. Carpet was old and dirty. We found several insects. Beds were not good period. Faucets were dripping constantly wasting water and transferring the cost to the consumer. The pool was the only good thing.

Staff made us feel welcome. Free Upgraded room to villa. Food was consistently well prepared. Quiet resort. Rooms were impeccably maintained.

Long line to check in but considering it was spring break and a bar hotel near the lobby it was okay.

My room had a swarm of little sugar ants (Tower 2, first floor) that scrambled over everything. They found and covered a cup I threw in the trash in less than an hour, so there must be a million of those things hiding in the walls. The pool music is quite audible in the rooms. The square pillows on the bed are awkward and not particularly comfortable, but that's a personal thing.

The hotel is everything high quality and overall a very nice place to stay. The pool area is nice and big and the rooms are clean. Caribe Royale is a great place to stay

Room Comfort is ok. It is around 15 mins from Disney Theme parks

Nice place to go, a little spendy on all items, it seemed like a lot of the employees seemed not happy never smiled , especially in the eating area, and being forced to tip even when service was bad.

A beautiful resort hotel with a wonderful pool, spa and many restaurants, close to Disneyworld, surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and other attractions. We stayed for a week on a package tour just to get some Florida sunshine and wished we could have stayed longer. It was just a perfect little vacation at the perfect spot!

Location is good but bugs in the hotel Fridge didn't work and ruined all the stuff we had. Had to throw away. When I called the front desk and told them about the 2 issues, they acted like they didn't care. Sent someone up so I could describe the ants to them. Fridge guy came up and told me the fridge is not meant to put stuff in it. Let me get this straight, the fridge is not designed to put stuff in it? Then why is it there? Never got a call back from anyone after they said they would reimburse me

It took us 30 mins to find tower 2 there is other hotels close to it and is irritating where you have to go sorry but just being honest here one of the employees sould be taking customers to the rooms on top of it we took all our luggage out of the car then we had to put it back on the car it would be nice rather someone calls and says do not take luggage out until you check in they give you a Map explain a bit where you have to go and tell you have a great night

We stay for one night! Was good but the ac was not cold enough but other then that it was good
