Excellent hotel, great pool, great room, great staff. great location. Why do they have to charge a resort fee of $24.95 per day??? If you need the money charge it in the room rate don't make us feel like your nickel and diming us! $7.50/day to park my car at YOUR hotel is absurd! The hotel is a little off the beaten path so not like others are parking there for local attractions. AGAIN felt like they were just getting that last $$ out of you! Overall I would stay again just knowing all the extra charges

Great cause they let us check in early so we dropped the bags and took shuttle to Disney World early. If my family and I were to go back, I think we would try and stay there again! Beautiful place. and clean!

The rooms were a perfect size. The pool was beautiful and kept spotless. 24 hour cafe came in handy. Loved the whole experience

Old decor comfy bed needs a repaint ac unit hanging off wall safe doesn’t work Extortionate package delivery and holding fees

We only stayed one night so didn't have the opportunity to enjoy everything on site, but the room was perfect for our needs. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bath and a jacuzzi tub, with direct access to a small balcony overlooking a lake. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with access to a second bathroom, which also has access from a hallway. The unit also has a living room, dining area, full kitchen complete with dishes, pots, pans, etc., washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair driers, and pretty much everything you would need. I would recommend bringing your own coffee for the standard coffee maker, as the coffee they provide is pretty weak and flavorless. But, you do have the option of purchasing coffee in one of their restaurants or cafes. The drawback with that, is that the restaurants and cafes are located in the main building, and the villas are pretty far (not walking distance, really.) Also, what is up with needing a gate key to get out? I can understand needing it to get in, but out? We sat in line to get out for nearly 10 minutes due to all the cars ahead of us, each one needing to insert their parking card. A little silly, but not bad enough to deduct a star. Will definitely stay again.

Appreciated the complimentary shuttle to Disney World! Staff was nice. Room kept clean. Pleasant environment

Booked this as a last-minute getaway and we were very, very pleased! Everything you need is on site and rather affordable, really. The rooms were clean and I did not give a 5 only because they are in need of some updating. The pool area, however, is worth it all. Very clean and well-kept, including a slide and mini waterfall, and two hot tubs. One is right in the middle of the pool (if you have kids, you can watch them and soak at the same time) and the other is back behind the waterfall kind of secluded if you want to get AWAY from the kids/noise. The pool-side bar/grill is great to order a drink or snack (although we did not try the food this time). Staff was very friendly...however do not get sucked into the 'discount' ticket hoax. If you want to blow two hours on a tour (aka sales pitch) for their sister hotel, you get a really great ticket discount for Disney. We actually found the tickets, at least to Epcot, were cheaper at the park than at the hotel. All that said, the staff was very nice and friendly, helpful where they could be. Rooms are suite-style and nice and quiet.

Stayed for the first time while visiting Disney. Not sure why didnt do that on my other trips. While Disney property is dated and overpriced, you get a great value by staying here.

the resort has hidden cost to the tune of additional parking fees and parking gates that were not accommodating, as most hotels in Orlando the additional lux taxes were absurd too

es un lugar super cómodo, áreas de recreación geniales, muy seguro

The resort is located close to Seaworld, Aquatica, Disney and restaurants. Quiet and safe location. It is a bit dated, but overall still a nice place to stay.

Stayed here every year for the past 5 years - they recently added parking gates that work very poorly. When the gates were operational they were inconvenient but ok, however on at least 3 occasions the gate key didn't work after several attempts had to push the button to get a parking ticket to raise the gate. Not sure of the necessity of the gate and would suggest getting rid of the gates

It was a great experience they just need to fix the refrigerator it froze all my food and drinks

Room works well for us we can put the kid in the separate room and the van watch their own TV.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed at!

We loved it. Had everything you need to have a quiet relaxing day and night . Minutes from so many things to do.

Got hit with additional expenses The room was smaller than I expected The sofa bed was terrible For some reason woke up with insects bits They forgot the trash one day

Hotel was close enough to all main attractions. Rooms larger than normal hotel rooms with an extra seating area with TV which is good if you have children. Hallway ceilings showed a little age in places but rooms and rest of resort were nice. Staff at poolside restaurant, the Loft bar inside and sushi bar were great!

We really liked everything. Close to Disney. Great pool and food choices. The only complaint we have is the internet is spotty. Overall great place.

Great hotel rooms always clean well worth the money will be back next year

We sincerely apologize for any issues you had during your stay with us. We will address these concerns with our engineering staff. The package delivery and holding fees are not charged by the Caribe Royale, they are charged through the onsite UPS Business Center. We sincerely hope to welcome you back in the future for an improved visit.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a detailed review of your visit with us! I am glad to hear you overall enjoyed your stay and apologize for any inconveniences you had during your stay. Our registered guests pay per vehicle per day for parking and having guests insert their key card on their way out ensures any non-registered guests must pull a ticket on their way in and then pay while or before exiting. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you so much for your detailed review, Christina. All of your feedback gives us a better focus on improvements we will continue to plan for the future. As a hotel we do not directly sell theme park tickets; however we have an Expedia Local Expert and a Wyndham Representative at our Concierge Desk in order to provide our guest with a convenient on site option to purchase tickets. The Expedia representative and Wyndham representative represent two different companies whom provided various ticket options between the two of them. The time share option you mentioned is offer by Wyndham and they are not a sister hotel of Caribe Royale (our only sister properties in Florida are Buenva Vista Suites and Embassy Suites). The onsite Expedia representative can offer other ticket purchase options that do not require a time share tour. I am thrilled to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay with us and we do hope to see you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize if you were not aware of the resort fee. However, the resort fees are listed throughout the book process on both our website as well as third party booking sites. Upon check-in, there is also a signature required to acknowledge payment of any charges to your folio as well as the hotel fee. The parking fee is also notated on our website and third party sites.
