A very old hotel; the TV stand was broken and wobbling. The room floor was dirty, with pieces of food lying next to the bed when I arrived. Even after housekeeping had serviced the room, the food was still there—nobody had cleaned it up. There was hair in both the bathtub and the room itself. Recommended only for a quick, emergency stay.

Was the worst place i stayed at from start to finish the place is out dated so are the rooms filthy smells the ac makes noise all night. My window wasn't even attached was being held on by the curtain rod before i said something then they put a screw. Stay away pay the little extra and go somewhere else

Quiet and generally clean, but the property is in need of renovation. The floors have holes, and the bathroom door would not close properly. The front desk staff were not friendly or attentive. They acknowledged guests but continued socializing among themselves instead of offering assistance. Images on the website was very misleading and you had to pay for parking.

Do not book here. I got the family suite and had to downgrade because the family suite had what seemed to be blood stains all over the sheets, towels, and mattress. Once I downgraded they refused to give me the difference.

I booked this hotel before a late flight into miami. Establishment doesnt not have simple things like tap to pay credit card reader, and I was denied my already booked room at 10 pm at night bc I didnt have my physical credit card on me and the staff would accept any other form of payment also they left me stranded in miami and had no manager on duty late at night, the lobby smelled, they dont clean rooms if you stay less than three days and staff was unfriendly.I will never book this establishment again, Its 2026 and you dont have tap to pay is crazy or even willing to accept a credit card number. EVEN THE HOTEL I WAS IN AT COLOMBIA HAD TAP TO PAY overall its a very bad JAWN
