Private studio with own bathroom and kitchenette set on beautiful one acre plot with use of luxury pool. Newly renovated and super clean, ground floor with direct access to terrace and pool. Wake up to the sound of tropical birds and lounge under tall palm trees. Location is very convenient, 10 mins to beaches and Sunny Isles, easy access to I95, Hard Rock Stadium, 20 minutes to South Beach and less than 30 mins from Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports.

The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool and an electric kettle.

El alojamiento ha estado perfecto para nuestras vacaciones en Miami. El location esta muy bien, tienes todo relativamente cerca; Wynwood a menos de 15min, la playa Halouver a 15min también. Un lugar muy tranquilo y limpio, ideal para parejas o para 1 sola persona, tiene una piscina espectacular a menos de 10m de la habitación con un jardín grande muy bien cuidado . El espacio esta muy bien con una pequeña cocina incluida. Los dueños nos trataron muy bien desde que llegamos y son muy respetuosos, nos ayudaron con par de dudas que teníamos de lugares que visitar. En resumen un 10/10 para este lugar.
