Everything was great. They need more elevators, but otherwise, everything was great.

The room was nice. The location was ok. Would have preferred to be closer to south beach for shopping and dining. Not quite walkable. The service and staff’s attitudes were sub-par and not friendly. The hotel has a marketing/policy of “we’ll make it right” - I just wish they’d at least try to get it right the first time. We spent most of our vacation trying to get them to make it right. Not a pleasurable experience.

If possible stay away but if you have already booked do not and I repeat DO NOT try to get an early check-in. My family and I, had been up for 24 hrs before arriving because of an unexpected layover delay. We arrived around 10am, checkin is at 3 or 4pm, they had us wait all that time, while my sisters slept on the couches in the lobby. When we finally got the room, it was absolutely disappointing. Was not clean, and the beds literally rocked away! They had maintenance come up to tighten the screws of the beds! It was an absolute nightmare. The manger thought our complaints were because we wanted an upgrade, telling us "we don't have anything to upgrade you to," where I responded telling her an upgrade is not what we want but at least someone to come up and clean the room! It was awful.

Severely understaffed. Couldnt open door to balcony. Everything was water damaged/damaged due to humidity. Beds were cheap metal frames. Room was not ready on time. Staff was not prepared for check out. Toilet wouldnt flush. Not at all what we expected especially for a hilton hotel.

Valet guy was lazy. He made us unload over 50 pound bags out of the car when we were clearly struggling ( we are all women ). We had to carry all our luggage up by ourselves. Maids are loud cleaning in the morning. Horrible service. It took 2 hours and 15 mins to get towels, coffee, shampoo we needed up having to go to the lobby to get it after 2 calls to the front desk and still no towels etc! Will never stay here again!!

Room was alittle dirty, watch out for 28 dollar resort fee, service was okay, charged twice for valet parking,

Everything was on point. Beautiful hotel, very clean. Wonderful staff. Food was a bit pricey from the pool area . We was not satisfied with the food, the chicken tenders and calamary to breaded and taste the same , Other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again

We did have a dinner at restaurant and it was excellent. Parking is a problem. Very expensive. Room was nice. Beach access ok but you have to pay for umbrella. A lot.

Staff was really nice. The rooms are ok. My son had horrible bedbug bites. Wish I can post pics to prove. Opted for this hotel cause beach front but that wasn’t nice chairs were just mediocre just not nice.

We came at a time where the hotel was not super packed or at least it didn’t feel that way. The hotel is near everything you want to do but far enough away that it is still a relaxing area. Loved it.

Out room and the hotel in genera were amazing and we were very pleased until our 3rd night there I noticed that the cash I had in my bag was stolen!!!! The safe in the room did not work and no one came to fix it and I left the cash in a bag in my suitcase and when I went back to was all stolen!!! They took over $300, I reported it to the staff and they stated they would start an investigation.

Front desk service was extremely helpful during check-in. Jonathan, night shift manager, took excellent care of my party.

The place was very nice. The rugs in the main entrance need to be cleaner. But over all nice places to bring your family!

I like the access to the beach and the luggage storing service

It was close to the beach. I didn't like my room right by the pool people were looking straight in my room. But I asked for that and I didn't know it's going to be that close

Weekend trip for my husband and I. The hotel was clean and nice but nothing much to do in the hotel.

Great 3-day stay. Access to the beach was wonderful. Staff invariably cheerful and helpful. A few minor complaints: TV programs freeze or break up about every two minutes. Staff said it’s because larger buildings on either side block the signal. And some unseen construction project with lots of hammering prevented afternoon napping, but that may have been localized to our floor.
