They need to have a light in the bathroom for nighttime. Hated blinding myself at 2am to pee.

The amenities were endless.. View Amazing..Everything was great multiple pools.. Restaurants were great.. And Limitless Beach Access.. The only 2 dislikes.. the balconies lacked PRIVACY and certain channels would switch to Spanish speaking literally in the middle of the show or to text speech... It was so random.. I still give it a 10! because both dislikes can easily be adjusted

There was nothing to like about the property. I’m surprised that “Hilton” allows their name on the front of the building. From start to finish was a disaster. We paid for our 4 night stay in advance so we could check in the morning of and not have to wait until 4pm. After calling to confirm the front desk attendant told us if we didn’t show up that night we would cancel out our room. What? What’s the point in paying for a room ahead of time if you’re going to rent it to another client?? Finally after 30 minutes on the phone the manager made it right… or did she?! We booked 4 nights with the property, after day and night 1 we’re napping about 4pm and get a loud knocking on our door asking us when we are checking out?!! Like really… we have 4 nights booked. Night 2: the front desk does not take calls from the rooms in case you need something. We tried calling down 4-5 times and it goes to a recording. Finally I went down And asked for wash clothes that the house keeper didn’t leave any. Instead of handing them to us, it took them 45 minutes to bring them to the room. The list goes on. The drain didn’t work in our bathroom sink, no iron in room. Exterior window broken. Outdated hotel needing new employees

The valet parking is a mess had to sit there and wait for 20 minutes to find out they had no space so had to waste another 20 minutes driving around to find street parking. The hotel is a little bit older inside and is not as up to date as we had hoped for the price. Great location to the beach and the bar and coffee staff were great.

We ended up having to switch our hotel room four times. Once due to them checking us into an occupied room that was very awkward. Once due to the supposedly upgraded room that they switched us to being incredibly dirty and outdated. One more time due to the next room that they put us in not having a working toilet from us 24 hours. And the final room was just good enough to get us through so we could leave.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and very kind. The best employee was Pedro, who worked at the pool. He always greeted us with a smile and was the most helpful! The only disappointing part of the hotel was the ground level pool. It was not maintained properly since it would get very hot, there was bacteria growth that caused Pseudomonas folliculitis. That is a rash that is caused by poorly maintained pools or jacuzzis. The other issue we encountered was finding house keeping to come to our room and change our sheets and clean our room. We stayed for 8 days and were not able to get them to come once to our room. They were amazing at getting things sent to the room, such as towels, toothbrushes, etc. Despite these inconveniences, we would stay here again, since it was so close to the beach, the staff was so friendly, and they had another large pool on the 3rd level.

Property and amenities were awesome. Loved the hospitality and location. Sandra at front desk was a true gem.

For 4 days we were waiting for them to clean our room. Requests, complaints, nothing helped. We did not see any service at all. Kaffe had no coffee at all. The hotel management did not even think to clean the beach for swimmers

The front desk staff was great, most people were very friendly and helpful except the waiter at the restaurant. The service was terrible quite honestly. We requested room service and never got it. There is no parking, only valet. $45 per day. The room is not what it seems and definitely is not worth the price. We upgraded to a ocean view balcony and there is absolutely no privacy, you can see directly i to the balcony and room next door unless you keep your curtains closed. It wasn’t terrible but i would probably never stay here again.

View from the room was really good. Definitely was NOT worth the price.

Below average for a Hilton property. Resort is not in the name yet they charge a daily resort fee of $35, which is totally unjustified as there’s nothing resort-like about it. On top of that, they’re very expensive for what you get. This was the poorest value we’ve ever had in a hotel.

The servers were excellent, especially Sergaud in the restaurant/bar area.
