I like the access to the beach and the luggage storing service

It was close to the beach. I didn't like my room right by the pool people were looking straight in my room. But I asked for that and I didn't know it's going to be that close

Weekend trip for my husband and I. The hotel was clean and nice but nothing much to do in the hotel.

Great 3-day stay. Access to the beach was wonderful. Staff invariably cheerful and helpful. A few minor complaints: TV programs freeze or break up about every two minutes. Staff said it’s because larger buildings on either side block the signal. And some unseen construction project with lots of hammering prevented afternoon napping, but that may have been localized to our floor.

I found hair in the bathroom. Nasty! The room was not as clean as I expected for a Hilton

THEY GAVE US A ROOM WITH VIEW TO THE WALL, WE CLAIM AND THEY CHANGED TO A ROOM WITH BETTER VIEW

We needed a last minute hotel for the night and they were very accommodating to us. However, the room we were placed in had a horrible bed. We pulled back the covers and the springs would squeak without even touching the bed yet. Even the tinyest movement throughout the night made a noise. Maybe got an hour or 2 of sleep.

Good experience, confortable bed, Hugo, an excellent concierge

I check in at 1:30am and the system was down , I was extremely tired and not happy ... after that everything else was amazing , they try everything they could to make my stay better and they sure did a good job ! I will definitely going back ! Thanks Hilton staff :-)

Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Hotel was run down. Rooms weren't clean I had to vacuum the room myself twice. Only plus was the beach access. Splurge a little extra on a nice hotel, it'll be worth it.

Never again! Worst experience ever! Short staff. Hotel overloaded.

We were given 2 rooms had no view, no balcony & refrigerator did not work & was extremely hot like it was going to catch on fire. There was absolutely nowhere to hang & dry wet clothes in entire room. We were moved to another room & it had a balcony and was acceptable. Refrigerator didn't work. I left it go & was happy at this point to have a balcony to dry wet clothes. The pool areas are standard but okay. The beach was nice & the 3 guys on the beach worked hard & were great setting up chairs and umbrella. An umbrella is not included so I called the hotel to confirm I could bring one & use & was told absolutely but when we got to beach we were told no can do. The girl at the front desk was very nice and gave us complimentary umbrella for days there which I appreciated. Day 4 the chlorine in the pools was super strong and it faded all mine & two other people in our parties Victoria Secret bathing suits and 1 mens bottoms. We spent a lot of time in the pools from 6pm on because beach is closed & I developed a rash pretty much all over my body and so did two others in our group. I went to the head manager not once but twice & told him and he did absolutely nothing even after I raised my arms and showed him 2 spots only to say I will have PH level checked. It got worse & so last two days we could not even use pool so at night we had no pool to use and just sat in chairs. Not cool. I travel 4x per year & this was first time ever happened. Not enough garbage cans outside & in room

Our stay at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach was pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. Staff was attentive for the most part. Beach attendants were efficient except for one young man who went out of his way every day to make our stay comfortable. Room cleaning was fine but nothing out of the way. Always short towels or bath mats. Made due. Reception area was attentive as was the parking attendants. Some more helpful than others. Only real complaint is that on our first three days, Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday. We were treated much better than we were on Saturday and Sunday. Seems like the weekenders got the better service :( Lastly there isn't many rooms with an ocean or partial ocean view. Our view is the condo next door, didn't give us the Miami Beach vibe. Hotel is clean and beds comfortable. If you are looking for a safe place to stay Hilton Cabana is for you.

It was a vacation that was much needed so I didn't want to do much more than eat, sleep and have the beach at my disposal so this hotel was ideal. The geography puts it in a good spot-walking distance to good food, bars and convenience stores. The staff was the highlight of the stay but the property itself left me wishing they paid a little more attention to detail. It is a clean property and when you first walk in, it smells amazing. John at the front desk was most helpful in getting me a room more suitable for my needs. But the room in question had a wet carpet and the ceiling above the shower was peeling. The bathroom floor had some pretty noticeable dust and sand that was taken care of after the 3rd day of housekeeping. I didn't dine in the restaurant or order room service but I did have a small meal at the Allison bar by the pool along with a couple drinks which were very good. Again, the staff were all responsive to our needs and warm people. Overall I have to take a couple points off for the price of parking per day and the imperfections in the room but I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel and location, although no self parking all the service was great. I will go back in the near future.

Didn't know that we would be getting charged $165 extra every day in fees. 40 to park, 25 to use their beach, 100 in case you break something. Busted my toes and shin multiple times on bed because of location. Only hotel I've stayed at that didn't have a Bible. I like having a Bible to read. Room was clean, valet drivers always held door open for you, and maids were great

The hotel was in a great location right by the water. Very nice pool and friendly accommodating staff. The service was top notch. We loved the beach views and how close everything was to this location. Will definitely recommend to others. We will be back as well!

It is located by the beach, nice pool, nice rooms, modern, very good service. The restaurant could be better the food. But great location best part of Miami Beach.
