Amazing!! Will come back again! 5/5! Staff was great, customer service and cleanliness was all wonderful

a quick trip to Miami, great location, very friendly staff, but very pricey. the restaurants are very good but expensive, not close to south beach but the overall hotel experience was awesome. even though the weather was horrible, lots to do and see.

It was good as expected I will return for a second visit if I get the right price

Nice beach . . . but chair service doesn't start til 10 AM . . people waiting since 8. Huge, 4 tower complex offers no intimacy. Valet is $35 a night and it takes valet an average of 15 minutes to retrieve a car. Famous place, but too much (big & expensive) for my taste.

I was extremely impressed with this resort. The suite was fabulous and very spacious with an awesome view. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Close proximity to beach and very upscale pool areas noted. I will definitely stay here again.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up well. The beach is your typical East Coast style: fairly small With a long Shoreline. But the pool set up is amazing! With the exception of the pool music. Too much hip-hop, not enough trance. Also, all of the restaurants were absolutely superb, with fantastic service.

hotel was okay. Terrible valet service!!!!! First, when you pull your car up to the valet area, I saw at least 2-3 valet guys just sitting around looking at you until you get out of the car and approach them. Secondlly, the whole 4 days we stayed, everytime we try to retrieve our car from the valet service, it took at least 15 min whether they are busy OR NOT!!!! 3 times, we only had 1 or 2 cars being retrieved before ours but it still took them 15-20 min to get our car!!. I don't know if their parking lot is far and they have a long way walk to retrieve the cars but I see 3-4 valet guys just standing around and we see cars getting retrieved one by one in such a SLOW pace!!!!!!! we had to give ourselves 30 min head start in the morning to prepare for this delay. Also expecting little better service but when I requested a room change because we were put right next to the elevator and I couldn't sleep due to constant elevator motor going up and down, they were not able to accommodate me to another room so I suffered for 3 nights.

We couldnt afford to eat meals there. We had to go down town by taking the trolley. But the pool was gorgous

this hotel is a magnificent property!! its centrally located and it has everything you could possibly want or imagine.

Our room had an awful mold smell. The carpets need an upgrade. The iron in our room was falling off the wall. Otherwise, food is always great, friendly staff.

My girlfriend and i stayed for two nights, three days & had a fantastic time!! They have like 13 pools and beach access, what more could you want! All very clean, well groomed grounds & attentive staff. Will def go back!

The hotel is exceptional. It has everything one could ask for. The prices for service is a bit steep. Water In the room is $10, drinks are $20 at the bar, chicken tenders run at$16, But I see it as a convenience fee. You don't have to grab a drink there but it's nice to be able to get service while tanning on the beach, besides drinks and food were delectable! Valet is $48 daily. But it is Miami Beach and they treat you first-class. I had to remember I was on vacation, obviously prices were going to be more. Overall we had a great stay and would come back to the Fontainbleu for a second visit. All the staff we came across was amazing. Our housekeeper also did an awesome job keeping our room clean.

Had a great time. Beautiful relaxing. Our first room was noisey. They moved us to another room right away which was nice and quiet.

My card to get into my room was never working. Had to get a replacement card 3 times .

We were hesitant to come to Miami in the wake of Hurricane Irma. Any worries we had were eased by the hotel before we came. The woman who checked us in was friendly, offered suggestions for restaurants and things to see, as well as upgrading our room. The room and balcony views were impressive. We watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony while enjoying coffee from Chez Bon Bon. The hotel is so impressive from pools to restaurants to people watching. We spent a lot of time at the pools with attentive staff as well as dining at the amazing assortment of restaurants. An added bonus was the company to rent exotic cars which just was the cherry on top for our fabulous experience at the Fontainebleau. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel was over priced for what you get . Similar rated hotel give much better service. So many things in rooms don't work. No microwave in every room , something you get in cheaper hotels even. No place to cool food down as fridge was stuffed with over priced items. AC has to be reset every time you opened front door or balcony door

The Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a lovely hotel and had great staff but prices were exorbitant! $150 per day-incidentals; $25 add'l for beach umbrella after already paying a resort fee; $20 a cheeseburger, $5 for a medium cup of coffee. There was no useable fridge (only one that was weighted so that if you touched anything inside you were charged for it!!), microwave, or coffee pot was in our room! We "rented" a fridge from the hotel for $25.00 per night, but because of the length of our stay the price was set at $75.00 total. And to top things off, after being in the hotel for 1.5 days and beginning on day 3 we were surprised at being rudely evacuated. With a loud knock on the door and hotel staff shoved a piece of paper in our hands, then he virtually yelled that due to Hurricane Irma were being evacuated from the hotel. We understand the evacuation as we were right on the beach but we definitely take exception to the way it was done and that it was done with no warning--we have never experienced anything like this hurricane nor this evacuation--preparing us for this eventuality would have gone a long way in terms of stress and preparedness. Front desk staff did offer to help us find another hotel outside of the hurricane evacuation zones. However, we declined as we were going directly to the airport.

nice stay but would say it for more for younger adults not for the over 50 crowd but fun if your are

It was great I loved the scenery and hotel staff was very helpful

I went to Miami to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. I called a day prior to our visit to see if I can add a romantic room service fOr him but the prices were a little to much so I decided to wait. They upgraded my room and gave us champagne on the house. I thought this was an amazing gift from them!!! The only thing I dislike was the prices, the food, restaurants, pool bar were too pricey we bought two drinks and it came to $50 and they weren't event that great. But other than this, I would recomend this hotel.
