Very nice and pleasant hotel, pool area is nice but chargibg for beach chairs at beach is unreasonable.

Hotel staff is rude. The hotel is dirty. The charge you fees for everything and anything.

Beautiful private beach, taxis available on premises if needed

Once we were actually able to get to our room, the experience was great. Great through check-in was a stressful process. Your systems went out and there was no contingency plan for situations where you have a system outage. I ga e my name and phone number three times and filled out the credit card authorization form twice, and I was still asked for my credit card when the system came back. We spent over 6 hours waiting in the lobby to be given a room.

The spa is beautiful and the rooms are simple yet nice but this hotel has little charges for EVERYTHING. Expect to pay a resort fee, taxes, local taxes, etc. if nothing else. Valet is $45 but beware of checking in early because you will be charged a SECOND NIGHT of valet parking even though the concierge assured me that would not be the case. When I voiced my displeasure at the valet payment center, she shrugged and said I could try to talk to a manager. I emailed and have not yet gotten a response. On-site dining is upscale and delicious except for the piece of paper I found mixed into my dinner. Instead of apologizing profusely, I was shown that it was just a paper they write notes on. Oh... okay, I really don’t care where it came from, I don’t want it in my dinner. There are no nearby shops to grab a coffee or pick up a bottle of water so expect to pay their $10 including service fee and gratuity prices or go thirsty. This place is too expensive to pull this kind of subpar service. Find another hotel.

Nice hotel but not clean enough a lot of security it not enough staff to help the guests

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was wonderful very friendly staff and after checking out u can still enjoy the hotel and they give an additional key for refreshment lounge so U can shower n chage if u used the pools n they also take care of ur baggage. The only thing I didn’t like was the price for valet parking $47 dollars a day n they take quite long to bring u ur car. The hotel is big a lot of people coming in n out so I understand but the price is a lot . But other that hotel is beautiful!

I have never stayed in such a warm and friendly environment ♥️ It was fabulous. The staff made us feel like royalty. The location was just right.

The balcony sorrento junior suite was everything I had hoped! I loved staying at a resort close enough to any activity but with no need to go elsewhere. The pools were beautiful, the beach was amazing and the food and drinks left no complaint. The only issues we had was one morning the elevator in the sorrento wasn't working and we had to walk down 17 floors after waiting 5+ minutes for the elevator and trying on multiple floors. Also on Sunday morning it took an hour for a pot of coffee to arrive from room service. Overall great hotel. Would return.

I have to talk about the customer service, I've never been to a hotel where cater to every need. Juan in Vida was exceptional and personable. My family and I went specifically to the restaurant to tell him goodbye and wish him and his family well.

This hotel was fabulous from start to finish! Customer service, housekeeping, door attendants, valet and the restaurants were all excellent. You will not go wrong staying here.

It was amazing better than I expected after reading the reviews very beautiful hotel

This is a very beautiful hotel and the people are great.

Great hotel ! Had a beautiful spacious apartment with all amenities and a fantastic view.

I will admit, I had high expectations going into my stay, but overall, I was extremely disappointed and I would not stay here again. To start, it was impossible to find a lounge chair by the pool. My friends and I ended up putting our belongings on the ground near the pool for most of our stay. The beach was equally as frustrating since there was a huge line every time we tried to go there. However, the worst part of our stay was dealing with housekeeping. We stayed Thursday - Sunday. On Saturday, we were accumulating a significant pile of dirty towels, as no one had come to do the turn down service and collect them. We called twice to request the turn down service. Housekeeping came around 10:30am, and after a night out, we were still in the room. We asked them to come back at 12:30. When we returned to our room at 3:00, housekeeping had still not come. We called again and they finally came. As a guest at a hotel, this is a basic service I expect every day. This seemed pretty outrageous since we basically had to beg them to come on the third day of our stay. We didn't receive so much as an apology until we complained at checkout. I would not recommend staying here unless you can afford the penthouse suite - that's probably the only room they pay attention to.

The hotel is big loud and busy. It is very fancy with big chandeliers and marble floors, but the people that go there are looking for a wild and loud experience. The hallways were loud at night. We were woken by screams and loud noises of drunk patrons at 5 am in the morning every single night. The food and drink was extremely expensive and low quality. The pools were very crowded. We went for the 4th of July weekend so that explains the masses of people. It was impossible to get a chair near the pool. We were placed in a long line of lounge chairs in the grass. It was too hot to sit there. I saw someone flossing their teeth in the pool. The pool attendants didn't do anything about it. We just left. It was a pretty hotel with a large price tag for a group of young friends that want to party hard and don't care about the details. Not for me...I am a world traveler for work and leisure. I do not recommend this hotel for someone that wants to relax and enjoy their vacation. too much!

Nice and clean hotel , Great customer service staff the only thing you need to prepare for 46$ a night extra for valet parking , no free parking in this 5stars hotel .
