I will admit, I had high expectations going into my stay, but overall, I was extremely disappointed and I would not stay here again. To start, it was impossible to find a lounge chair by the pool. My friends and I ended up putting our belongings on the ground near the pool for most of our stay. The beach was equally as frustrating since there was a huge line every time we tried to go there. However, the worst part of our stay was dealing with housekeeping. We stayed Thursday - Sunday. On Saturday, we were accumulating a significant pile of dirty towels, as no one had come to do the turn down service and collect them. We called twice to request the turn down service. Housekeeping came around 10:30am, and after a night out, we were still in the room. We asked them to come back at 12:30. When we returned to our room at 3:00, housekeeping had still not come. We called again and they finally came. As a guest at a hotel, this is a basic service I expect every day. This seemed pretty outrageous since we basically had to beg them to come on the third day of our stay. We didn't receive so much as an apology until we complained at checkout. I would not recommend staying here unless you can afford the penthouse suite - that's probably the only room they pay attention to.

The hotel is big loud and busy. It is very fancy with big chandeliers and marble floors, but the people that go there are looking for a wild and loud experience. The hallways were loud at night. We were woken by screams and loud noises of drunk patrons at 5 am in the morning every single night. The food and drink was extremely expensive and low quality. The pools were very crowded. We went for the 4th of July weekend so that explains the masses of people. It was impossible to get a chair near the pool. We were placed in a long line of lounge chairs in the grass. It was too hot to sit there. I saw someone flossing their teeth in the pool. The pool attendants didn't do anything about it. We just left. It was a pretty hotel with a large price tag for a group of young friends that want to party hard and don't care about the details. Not for me...I am a world traveler for work and leisure. I do not recommend this hotel for someone that wants to relax and enjoy their vacation. too much!

Nice and clean hotel , Great customer service staff the only thing you need to prepare for 46$ a night extra for valet parking , no free parking in this 5stars hotel .

The hotel need a little upgrade .for this price I was disappointed the room too small,at the beach waiting time for order anything takes forever

It was great and Yanick was awesome! I will be back very soon.

Parking for guess is 46 dols every day it was to much

Too much theft by the staff. Valet was stealing from cars. Hotel staff steals from pool area. Valet is slow!!

Our weekend getaway was fantastic! Hotel was very clean and all staff were extremely friendly.

Great experience !!!! I will be back the hotel staff was great.

The hotel was even better than expected! The pools were amazing, even though it rained almost everyday. The little cafe type place they have came in handy. I definitely would choose this hotel again.

Horrible rude rude rude staff. Beautiful hotel with multiple pools , night life and exceptional rooms. 2 wonderful Michael Mina restaurants with incredible food and staff. Vida was a bust and so was Cote, there was mold in my food. If it weren’t for the staff (with the exception of the reception area) I would rated this place 5 starts plus. Spa was mediocre / dirty and over priced . My room was so nice and quite . I’m not sure I would come back here though

Room Sevice was horrible called breakfast coffee and a bagel 9am didn’t get it till 12pm horrible. Could not sleep hearing Valet yell all night long. Called down to management spoke to David he stated he would give me a call back. No call back. No follow up at all. I Would not expect that coming from a hotel like this. Disappointed !!

We arrived at Fountainebleau on Friday afternoon and had a cabana reserved by the pool "which I highly recommend" and that's when the guys weekend began. The scenery and music pumping at the adult pool area was right on point for the money we spent to stay at this upscale hotel. After a day at the pool we headed up to our room with a nice ocean view and got cleaned up for a quick dinner at the pizza and burger restaurant. Once we finished dinner we started the process of trying to get into Liv Night Club to see Lil Jon perform "which took hours".....I highly recommend getting online and ordering your tickets which we did the next night for DJ Da da. We had two great days at Fountainebleau poolside with great food and night life. I will absolutely return for a vaca there in the near future.

Great time staff very accommodating kids had a blast will be back in August..

Hotel was a wonderful and safe experience for the area. Although deceiving at first, hotel is EXTREMELY child friendly, and has a perfect balance of adult vs child atmosphere! The only observation made at the hotel which I wouldn’t consider a drawback as opposed to just an observation was that there were NO lifeguards at the pools but that may be a Florida state law thing. Every state has different laws I would assume because I observed there were no lifeguards on the beach either! Not a deterrent just a selfish observation.

Beautiful place in a great location - a little expensive but its Miami Beach...

Excellent! Staff did a wonderful job. Upon arrival my room was not ready. We had an early morning flight. The staff worked to find a room that would work for me. The staff is friendly with a can do attitude. Club Liv was the best.

Great hotel, at times the pool area is a bit crowded.

Pool way to crowded. Chairs out on AstroTurf by side of hotel only thing available. Got up at 630 in the morning one day to get chairs and attendants were rude. Beach chairs packed together like sardines. Won’t be coming back there.

Truly a great location . Clean place with great facilities. Loved the pools and beach area
