Our room had aunts. When I tried to call the front desk I got a busy signal every time. As it was late and they were in the bathroom we decided to tough it out. The next morning I found them on the night stand. I reported it upon check out and was told a manager would contact me. A week later I still haven't heard anything.

Friendly staff makes every effort to make it a great place to stay!

My mother and I had the best time staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Also, the hotel provides a shuttle that takes you to the airport and takes you around a 2 mile radius from the hotel to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. for NO CHARGE. It is amazing. The breakfast buffet could be better but overall the service is great. The rooms are kept clean, the hallways and the pool area are clean as well.

The hotel charges $10 per day for using their parking lot! It's a pretty ridiculous price in my opinion.

Hotel was very clean and staff was freindly and helpful for directions to Italian Embassy. Easy safe parking at hotel at no charge.

The room was nice and clean. Excellent customer service. Close to Miracle mile for all the great restaurants

This hotel was great! Extra clean, extra quiet. The neighborhood was also very active and quaint. I would totally stay here again. I must also say the staff was extra helpful. I am looking forward to my next stay there.

I went with ny husband, to shop and visit Miami, the hotel was un a very good locación, besides Miami beach, nice part of the city, with lots of nice restaurants

pleasant stay room size was very convenient tv with nice variety and HD . free parking too

all was fine but was a bit taken back when advised my room didn't avail me to their continental breakfast. it did leave a bad taste though.

This hotel is very clean with a very friendly staff. They have an airport shuttle which even took us back to the airport to pick up a rental car. Best of all downtown Coral Gables is a short two blocks away. The City is very clean and downtown is alive with people and fine dining past midnight. We stayed downtown Miami after Coral Gables and it was disappointing and more expensive.

The staff was friendly and the location convenient. The price was very reasonable. A good option.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before going on a cruise. SHUTTLE: Note that the hotel has a free shuttle, but you have to call them in order to get it to show up (we did not know this, and waited forever before taking a cab). Shuttle service at Miami airport is a little odd, you go out to the curb and watch a million busses and shuttle vans go by, trying to read your hotel name on them. When you see it, you flag them down. There doesn't appear to be any set location in the long row to wait, so just stand on the curb and be ready to flag them down. Be sure to call the hotel first, or it might not come (they only run to the airport to drop off guests, and if someone has called). HOTEL: Not a five star by any means, but then again, you're not paying for that. What you do get is a clean room, decent bathroom, clean sheets, and a comfy bed. Mini bar is not a mini bar... It's an empty fridge. If you want to put stuff in it there is a small marketplace near the check in desk where you can buy pop, water, beer, and the like. HOTEL STAFF: Very friendly, and when they found out we didn't know we had to call for the shuttle. When we asked them for a dinner reccomendation, they had their shuttle driver take us for free to a local craft beer place (btw: I strongly reccomend a visit to "The Local" a great place, with lots of interesting beers, and a very unique menu). HOTEL BREAKFAST: Our reservations did not include the complimentary breakfast, but we paid for the buffet. Not bad... Not over the top crazy good, but enough to start your day. SHUTTLE TO SEAPORT: the hotel does not include this, they only go to the airport and back. The staff made arrangements for a port shuttle for us ($12 per person). It arrived on time, and the driver was great (funny). All in all, you could pay a lot more money to be closer to port, or to have a five star dining room in your hotel - but for the purposes of our trip this was perfect. Higjly reccomend this place!

Stayed for one night then switched to another hotel because the wedding was at the Biltmore. Room was a tad but stuffy.

Great location and decent price for the holidays. Staff could have been a little friendlier and more professional. Seemed like a few areas of the hotel were under construction or needed some maintenance. Overall, good Courtyard Marriott experience.

Overall the stay was good, just nothing impressive. The hotel was a little expensive considering that it really didn't offer you anything special or out of the ordinary. Hotel is doing some renovations which is a good thing, it could use some updating. Lobby and entrance way was very nicely done. Front desk attendants certainly go out of their way to help you, however when we checked in the front desk attendant mentioned breakfast was still going on, we said ok, and then proceeded to our room. Good thing we checked the bill before leaving because she charged us for breakfast and we didn't even go. No harm done since the attendant checking us out kindly removed the charges but it was still irritating... I would give it a 3, and I feel that is being generous. I wouldn't stay there again to be honest. 1 room ran us 150 and it was nothing to write home about...

I had chosen the hotel for its location and easy access to the main shopping areas. availability of parking space is appreciated.

The front desk people were "hot and cold" - some very helpful and nice, others kind of surly, like he was doing me a favor giving me a bottle of water. I don't accept that at 5 star hotels, I'm certainly not tolerant of it at a Marriott Courtyard. Housekeeping was wonderful!

Just stayed one night after Cruise, Visited the Viscaya Estate, Good location for walking to shops and dining on Miracle mile and Fast access to Airport. I would stay again.

Difficult location for finding a restaurant. Their restaurant was empty, not even a waiter visible and it was the dinner hour and i had nowhere else to go. I had been traveling all day. Service was cheerful but very slow. A Margarita, shrimp cocktail, small seafood pasta and glass of wine cost $68.
