Awful welcome
Room was extremely late and we were never notified. Check-in time is at 3pm. We arrived around 6pm and the room was not ready until after 7pm.
Mediocre at best , lacks many amenities
The property is outdated and the room was not super clean (stains in the sofa, carpet...). Staff is nice and friendly. The area and surrounding is nice with lot of restaurant.

Pool was dirty. Leaves and debris on the bottom. Room smelled smoke then an air freshener to cover the smoke smell. Yellow stains on the cieling and windows were dirty. First room shower was brkmen
The staff was amazing. Very nice and patient. The bad things was that the lighting in the room isn’t bright enough and the bathroom is very small. Other then that I enjoy my stay
I liked the location, but did not like the service
The property is fine unless you want to wait 4 1/2 hours for your room) I’ll give them the additional two on top of that since we were there at 1 when check in is at 3. We didn’t get into our room, school group with 5 kids, until 7:30 at night after traveling (flying) all morning. Apparently, if u stay and bug the hotel staff you will get your room quicker. We just left them alone and would go run errands. I will say staff was friendly even with everyone else hounding the. When we got back at 7:00 still neither of our double rooms were ready. We were at the top of the list, saw it with my own eyes, so how can not one double room have become cleaned and available. Were offered no compensation.So will the hotel is nice I’ll choose elsewhere next time. Sad, because I am pretty loyal to Mariott!
I found fingernail clippings on the floor next to the bed! Also found an earphone on the floor. Cleaning at this hotel is highly questionable!

Nice hotel, friendly, helpful staff. My room was not quite ready on time, and when I ordered the shuttle from the airport, I was told it would arrive in “15-20” minutes. After 35 minutes and no shuttle, I called an Uber.
Customer Service was poor. Shuttle service to and from the airport was good.
