Nothing

Muy viejo y sucio Deteriorado Carísimo por lo que es !!

The hotel advertises itself as offering free shuttle service from and to the airport but they said their service didn’t cover the time period after 6 PM (in summer time it’s way before sunset). The floors in the corridors are carpeted and very dirty. The ceiling fans along the corridor cannot ventilate the smell of meat coming (likely) from a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and relatively cleaner — there were still large stains on the carpeted floor, the wall mirror, and the shower pressure was inadequate. They agreed to take me to the airport with the free shuttle service but they ended up leaving us all (departing passengers) on the arrival ground and were fairly rude all along.

The staff was great, especially if you speak Spanish. I came solo for 6 nights for Rolling Loud Miami and it was a great experience. Coral Gables is a very nice city and has many nearby restaurants. The hotels have everything you need for a short stay, nothing fancy, but it does the job well. Elevator went out once and power went out once during the day but only for a very short period of time. AC had back-up generator so nothing to worry about, really. You get what you pay for! Would recommend!

Didn’t like the smell in the room

Good service. Great location

The shower was broken

We didn't get to see a lot of the hotel until after we had checked out. What we saw afterward made us want to come back.

The restaurant and food and waiters were delicious and wonderful. That is the only thing that this old hotel has going for it. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, but stains on the ceiling from water damage, old broken furniture and bathroom tub stained and broken faucet handle for filling for a bath ( not that I would have sat in the tub anyway).

I only stayed 1 night the room smelled like humidity and mold I had asthma

It was relatively close to Miracle Mile retail district and clearly not expensive relative to some other hotels. That said, we were sent to a building across the street from the main property, which meant we'd have to cross a street to go to the pool, but that was the least of the issues. Our tv didn't work and gave a message of 'subscription expired--please call the front desk'. There was no phone in the room and simply cables leading to no phone. Wifi was very spotty in this 'other building' such that it was impossible to use even for email and had to use a hotspot the entire time. I complained the morning after arrival and was told this would be addressed while we were gone throughout the day. That evening with no change to the room/tv/wifi, I complained again to a different person at the front desk who said he'd speak with the manager and handle while we went to dinner. No change by the time we returned. When checking out the next morning, the person at the front desk was the same as the previous morning and seemed surprised nothing had been done. I had to ask for a free night, which she said they'd make a note on my invoice and call Orbitz. Three days later with no change to my credit card, I called Orbitz who had no record of this hotel calling them and Orbitz had to do the follow-up. In fact, Orbitz's customer service to handle the follow-up was very good, but should've been unnecessary. The hotel did end up crediting me one night of the two.

No wifi. Beds terrible. Staff is senial and zero customer based. Nightmare really.

Old school hotel, dirty, dingy old. It does the job when there's nothing else nearby but not worth more than $70-80 per night. Way over priced.

Dated and air conditioning did not work well. Needs reburbishment and deep clean

We enjoyed the restaurant as they had really tasty food. The room was comfortable and clean. It’s an older hotel with some of the old charm of the older hotel look (ie old ceiling fans, carpeted rooms, older furniture etc) The staff were very nice.

It was acceptable. We stayed there for only few hours.
