Easy check-in friendly staff and great price... Nice location

This is not an hotel and should. never be even ranked 2 star. The continental breakfast was the poorest ever served at an establishment called hotel. The manager needs to improved with their breakfast or you continue to loss clients with your business.

The tv didn’t work. Toilet handle was broken. Found magnets in the tub. Shower curtain smelled like fish. Breakfast served was one piece of toast and a cup of coffee. Air conditioner was broken. Had to change my room three times for poor maintenance.

I got a good first impression at the beginning, but it start it to fade off when I got to the room, the tub was not draining the water, the door handle by the balcony was hanging from 1 screw. The next day I came to the front desk to let them know about the issues and to ask them to please clean the room and to change the sheets and towels. When came back at night, nothing was touched, everything was exactly the same, except for the towels that were just folded. Very disapointed

All the staff was so friendly. The food are so good.

This hotel was clean but extremely run down and old. The continental breakfast was two pieces of toast and a cup of orange juice.

Stayed for business and it met all of my needs and expectations. Greek restaurant was a pleasant surprise, as was free shuttle service to airport. Very friendly staff!

This hotel has the opportunity to be a quaint little hidden gem where you would want to stay. In it's current condition it is more of a place you want to avoid. Tiles in shower and grout have been discolored from mildew. Cabinets and wood are warped and discolored. Tiles in entry way to room are chipped and cracked. The door appeared to be broken at the bottom like someone kicked it in trying to escape. Walls and ceiling have been patched and partially painted. The light to outside balcony didn't work. Overall, the room just felt dirty and dingy and not well cared for. Despite the flaws of the structure, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. They helped me with the elevator, finding dinner and holding my luggage and were very responsive.

DON'T EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! We booked the hotel because they had a shuttle from the airport and to the cruise dock. I called and confirmed the shuttle service. They said it stopped running at 11pm (our flight landed late at 11:15 so we had to take an Uber. No problem. However, I called and confirmed the 10AM shuttle we needed to the ship. They said they put it in our reservation and just let them know when we arrived. I told them it would be very late and they said no problem. We got up early for the free breakfast. Toast and coffee, that was it. They then told us that the shuttle doesn't leave until 11 because the port isn't open till then. I showed them our cruise documentation requiring us to be there between 10 and 10:30. We then had to pay for another Uber. We got there at 10 and there were over 500 vehicles coming and going, the dock never closes we found out. The room was horrible. There was gum on the edge of the side table that had been there for years it looked like.

FOR THE PRICE .. The room we were in, was neglected and dingy. We found socks and clutter on the floor at the head of the bed. The air conditioner was old and very noisy. There weren't many amenities .. no fridge or microwave .. there was a coffee pot .. we did not use it. Only one facecloth in the bathroom, some towels had holes in them. Their continental breakfast was coffee/tea, juice and 2 pieces of toast. Toilet barely worked. Not much control over the hot and cold water in the shower.

Rating sums it all! Stayed there for 3 nights 4 days with out Television Complained to the front desks and 3 staffers, ECT...

staff were very good, easy access to trolley service. Hotel is in dire need of maintenance. I am a Plant Operations Director for living facilities and found general conditions unsatisfactory (i.e. large hole in casing above my room's bed from an apparent water leak). Much work needs to be done, otherwise nice stay.

First let me say the hotel front desk staff is super. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. But the room was outdated and grungy and even came with a bloody band aid in the bathroom waste basket. Not a great value.

Be prepared that you will pay for a nice room, but ultimately be sent to another building if you have a pet. The rooms are subpar and not worth the regular room charge, plus the additional $25 fee for the pet. Now I'm use to being put up in lousy accommodations because I have a pet. I just wish I didn't have to pay the price of a normal nice room. Recommend lowering fee to the pet building.

Helpful and friendly staff. Javier is real nice guy, smart, personable, organized, and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Wake up call was performed at 6am sharp.
