Hotel and rooms need renovation, staff was ok. Definetly overpriced for quality offered. Decided to stay at another hotel even though cancellation fee was not refundable.

Good stay. Liked the location. Eric from front desk very friendly and provided all the information.

Hotel was a little dated but the location was good. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Had a nice large balcony. Pool was clean. Free parking and wi-fi. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Overall, budget friendly, clean, good for a couple of nights.

The old and well maintained hotel was very relaxing. I felt like I was in the south of France.

Historical hotel...friendly staff. We had a nice time and the Greek resturaunt in the hotel was delicious

The morning after our stay in this expensive Hotel, which it's not at all worth the money, we had many issues. On top of the tv not working, we had no hot water all morning. We wanted to have breakfast before we left for our cruise, so I phoned the front desk. Would you believe after she sent someone up who stated it would be hours before we had hot water, she told us we could change rooms on another floor. SERIOUSLY! We didn't have time to pack, move to a room, unpack, shower, pack again... I told her this, but that was ALL she offered. The manager was not there, and I can not seem to reach him either. We decided to skip the shower & have their so-called continental breakfast. REALL! TOAST & COFFEE. That's it! Anything else you had to pay for. OMG! I have been to less expensive hotels that had hot water & a nice breakfast. Do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

Location-good. Many eating places nearby to choose from. Hotel-old, yes old. When a hotel is this old, it is difficult to make or keep it nice or clean. The hotel picture showed a nice water fountain but it appears to be part of the city. I am from a differrent part of the country where hotel staff would greet guests. Here it was just staring.

Except for some difficulty with internet connection during 6 out of a 21 days stay, I was pleased with the overall experience. The entire staff, from the general manager to housekeeping, was nice and helpful. It is not the five star hotel I'm accostumed to the bathrooms are old, like mostly everything else, but it was clean and everything worked. I wanted a small fridge & it was provided. The room was spacious, had a large modern TV, and a comfortable bed. Their shuttle took me to airport on the day of my return without delay. I'd stay there again.

I have stayed a this hotel a few times. It's decent although a little bit expensive. The size of the room is ok The first room I got didn't have a fridge. The NEGATIVE: breakfast is horrible. Coffee and a toast made with cheap bread.I asked for milk for my coffee and I was told that was extra that the coffee comes with creamer (half and half) only. I complaint and I got milk. It is very poor breakfast. Overall I recommend it.

Good location, big rooms and reception with good intentions however this hotel had better days as to a tourist hotel. Everything in the room as well as the corridors is old , poorly kept and doesn't reflect the feeling of cleanliness, carpets old and smelly, Windows locks are poorly improvised

We set our expectations low. It is an older hotel that was probably famous in its day. It seemed a little tired, but the description and reviews prepared us for this. Some parts had been recently repainted, and no doubt, the rest of the hotel will get paint over time. The highlight for us was the restaurant. As my wife said, you know it is a good Greek restaurant when everyone in it is Greek and not from the hotel!. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the restaurant staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was huge and as promised, it was a non smoking room. We were traveling through Miami and needed a place to stay overnight. You need to call the hotel to send the shuttle and even then it seemed to take a while, but it did eventually show up. I might not have been as excited to stay for a week, but as an overnight place, it was great.

I don't have nothing to say. It's ok to me. I'll be back if I have change.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Close to everything. Great pool and rooms were comfortable. A refrigerator would have been great to have.

Felt secure and rested. No noise as the hotel is almost 100 years old and the walls are solid concrete. Not the cardboard and gypsum board junk you find in other more expensive hotels. And it boasts a Greek restaurant and bar with good food - Greek, of course. Liked it.

Convenient to airport and highway. Nice large room in quiet location.

IT WAS A GREAT HOTEL FOR THE PRICE CLOSE TO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AND FREE BREAKFAST.

We chose this hotel mainly because of price for a one night stay before a cruise. Shuttle was great picking us up from the airport and taking us to the cruise port the next morning. The staff met any needs. It is fairly convenient walking to the main road where we caught the free trolley/bus to do some sight seeing. I want to say about 6 blocks. It would be too long for some. The room was just fine, nothing special, but suited our needs.

Wasn't as cleanly as I thought it would be. Shuttle service was over 2 hours late to pick us up.

clean hotel, plus that there was fridge and microwave in room; outside doesnt look like much, can see they did some upgrades inside. disappointed continental breakfast was coffee, orange juice and toast, extra cost for anything additional, was less than 10 miles from beach and mall

Shuttle service okay, checkin okay, Room extremely noisy, room next to road sounded like a freeway, could not sleep.
