Denis at Front Desk and man with beard was very very helpful and polite! But PM restaurant and Bar needs attention. They charge 15% for every order but they dont tell you. When my daughter tipped them additional tip and realized it later and wanted to correct it they said they can not change it because it is too late! When i go there and ask about the receipt they say ok we already changed it?? Why would you tell her no??? I paid $9.00 plus tips (i gave them 20-25% tip because i did not know tip was included) just last week I stayed here on March 26th. Today April 1st same Stella was $7.44 i did not know tip was not included because i was going to pay them my credit card straight and i was adding tip on them since receipt doesnt say anything about the tip. Then I ordered food to eat by the pool they said they can only give it to-go order not bring it to me i said ok, but when i pay they charge me 15% tip? why do you change me if you dont serve me? SO i come back from pool to pick up my cold food because nobody came and told me my food was up and ready and they charge 15% tip for this service?Also table at the pool area is full of beer bottles and food since nobody came and checked with us or cleaned it until we left. I saw 2 other customers asked for table cleaned in dining room, 1 customer requested Manager on duty for a problem Also they keep speak Spanish to each other that bothers me a lot even though I am speak 4 languages i dont speak my language in front of customer

I stayed at the hotel for one night during a layover in Miami. The airport shuttle made the whole experience painless, but I did have to wait about twenty minutes for the shuttle. They're on a half hourly schedule. The room was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the carpeting was black, and felt dingy underfoot, but maybe that was just because of the carpeting's color. The following morning, the ride to the airport left on schedule and I made my flight easily.

Great service for cruise travelers. Has shuttle from the airport and the port. The airport shuttle is free, but the port shuttle is $10/person. The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy inside our room and the safe in the room had been dismantled.

Stayed at this hotel prior to a cruise. Great staff, shuttle to cruise terminal, nice restaurant on premises.

The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. We will say the shuttle service needs some improvements. The drivers are great. The hotel only had 1 shuttle. So on a Friday flight we had to wait 50 mins for a ride. The hotel needs to add a shuttle. Other hotels shuttles we saw go by 2-3 x and we saw theirs 1x to say it was full and he would be back. We weren't the only ones waiting for a ride at the time. Our opinion is if u fly in late plan to wait! Leaving on a Saturday morning was fine. But we also left very early

my wife and I were given a handy cap room which is was great. we didnt request a handy cap room but were happy because it was very roomy.
We arrived after midnight, more than 12 hours after pre-paying for a reservation for two queen beds. The person at the desk informed us at that moment that though they had my reservation, they didn't actually have the room available. They were instead offering us a so-called king suite, which was a king sized bed and a sofa bed. The gentleman asked if this was alright; I told him an emphatic "No!". If the room was not available, we preferred two singles, which he also said were not available. Having no other alternative but to accept the unacceptable, I was unhappy with question to agree to the room that was exactly not what I had paid for and not what I wanted. We certainly could not have walked out after midnight and *hope* we could get better somewhere else and leave money on the table. So, I clearly told him that what he was offering as a solution was a step backwards. A mattress on the sofa bed would be uncomfortable. He could offer us nothing else. We had been trying to get home from an international trip for 20 hours. We gave in and he sent someone to make the bed ten to fifteen minutes later. The sofa mattress was thin and uncomfortable. My friend checked out before 5am. I slept, but was furious. When I checked out at 7am, they refused to give me a receipt, even though the night before we were told I had only "reserved" a room, not pre-paid. The morning person confirmed that I had prepaid, then contradicted herself. Either way, I left without a receipt and unhappy
I have stayed here before with good experiences. The advertised airport pick up was 45 minutes late despite confirming its schedule the morning of my 9pm arrival, and 4 calls to the hotel from the airport curbside. Despite status with Best Western, I was given a noisy, somewhat travel-worn room. Extremely disappointed. Will not book this hotel again despite the competitive room rates.
Good location close to the beach close to the intersections to go to other hotels and beaches
Did not allow late check out. Very pushy about dropping off at airport. Also there was a roach in the room.
