It was great that there is staff 24/7. The room I had, had plenty of room to move around plus a large enough of a table I can work on. It's clean and did the job. On the negative side, there was a missing do not disturb sign. But was fixed once I mentioned it. The shower was the biggest item. Turning on the water was not the easiest thing and requires a bit of fiddling. Same with turning it off. The biggest item was how slippery the tub was. There is no mat to help not slipping in the tub.

Nicely updated classic boutique hotel in excellent location. Unfortunately the restaurant/bar was under renovation so amenities were scarce.
The hotel was closed for maintenance and I was not told until I was checking out of the main property, Hotel Faena. The Hotel Faena staff was amazing and detailed to assist me. They gave me a room at the Casa Faena rate and my stay was even better. Ended up being a perfect vacation after a long week of work. They understand luxury and client service experience.
Staff was wonderful, hotel was quiet and so beautiful!! Great area to be in if dint want the "crazy" of SB and accommodations were just right. Already booking next trip.
The space is small but pretty but the service is AWFUL and the amenities are HORRIBLE!! No pool access and the beach is so trashy, 1 person there on weekends and dirty towels everywhere, no one to order food/drinks from, my friend and I had to pull our own chairs and umbrella out and after an hour when I called the hotel they sent a server around and he asked if we complained?! It was the poorest excuse for service I have ever experienced.

This hotel has so much charm! Loved all the details to the design. The staff were so accommodating and genuine. Got some amazing sleep while staying here too!
Casa Faena was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was boutique style, smelled great when you walked in, and the staff was very pleasant and very attentive and willing to please. Bar and food were great as well, though a little on the pricey side for cocktails IMHO. Manuel and Eric toook great care of our food and beverage needs during our stay. Rooms were ok as well. Bed was comfortable and room was climate controlled. Hotel was close to the beach and the beach was not overcrowded and water and sand were gorgeous. Only detractors: no food or beverage service at the beach and no hotel pool. Also, walls are a little on the thin side so a lot can be heard throughout the hotel. Road noise can be annoying as well. All in all, a solid spot and I would definitely stay here again.
Loved the place. likely go back. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed access to the nearby 5 star Hotel Faena. Food at Casa Faena was surprisingly excellent. Cozy foyer where we read and enjoyed food from kitchen.
Relaxing stay, unique decor and nice staff. Bed was very comfortable and food in restaurant delicious. Only issue we had was a misunderstanding about a cancellation inquiry but it was handled well by the staff.

Fue tan mala la experiencia que solo pasamos una noche en el hotel y reservamos por Orbitz otro hotel para las dos noches siguientes. Nos cobraron el total del precio de la reserva (incluso las noches que no usamos). Pésima experiencia, exijo que me reembolsen el dinero cobrado por las dos noches que no pasamos en el hotel.
