I didn't feel safe getting put of my car to walk into the hotel. My husband walked in, the lobby was in serious disrepair, broken tiles all over the floor, dirty etc. There were more security guards than he could count inside the lobby, and they werent there for casino patrol. There were people fighting in the lobby and in the parking lots. Dirty, dark parking lot. We didn't even bother to check into our rooms, the lobby looked NOTHING like the photos. Absolutely would never stay here period.

Nice , fun local casino-hotel with great bar and excellent restaurant. Drive up parking with quick access to your room, fast WiFi. I stay here often, even a frig in your room, nice view, only thing I’d like to see is s microwave in the snack area if not the rooms.

Front Desk very easy and friendly staff. Restaurant was the same and food was very good.

Our 1st non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The 2nd one was fine. Trying to take a bath, low press, took forever to fill with warm water. Asked for an iron and board. Board had no padding and cover was ripped in several places. There was blood on my bed, didn't realize it until the last night. Hall smelled of smoke and the hall floor was so uneven, I twisted my ankle a few times.

The hotel is so old that the carpets in the room smell. The heater in our room didn’t work, it blew out cold air and it was a freezing night!

Little noisy at night with bad neighbors. Turning TV too loud early morning at around 5am.

The hotel smelled like cigarettes in the hallways it was just old but not portrayed that way in the pictures. Not in the best part of town either

Floor smelled like urine. Sheets in bed also smell like urine. Staff did it offer any other service.
