False advertisement.
Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not RecommendWe had a terrible experience at this property and would not stay here again. The listing was completely inaccurate, and the management was unhelpful and dismissive.First, Bedroom 2 did not have two queen beds as advertised. It had a twin and a full, which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Even worse, what was supposed to be Bedroom 4 had no bed at all—the manager had converted it into an office without updating the listing.The AC didn’t work, and the manager refused to fix it in a timely manner. They expected us to stay at the property to let in maintenance, which completely ruined our vacation plans.Cleanliness was unacceptable. The floors were so filthy they turned our feet black. There were tacks on the floor, dirty kitchen counters, and the dishes were grimy and unusable. The fridge smelled horrible and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time.To top it all off, the bathtub was cracked, and one of our guests actually cut their foot using it.Overall, this place was a disaster and not at all as advertised. Save your money and book somewhere else.
