There was supposed to be a restaurant on site but they had closed it. Curtains and windows in our room were dirty. Were told there were breakins in the garage so was worried about car all during the stay but everything was fine. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and location was good in relation to Plaza shopping and parks.

Nice but humid?

Nice room, stayed in a King suite on the 6th floor. The staff was great. Needed an extra blanket and he went and got one right away. Room was a nice space and clean but seemed humid like crazy. The a/c ran constantly. Im thinking the evap isnt removing the moisture from the air. Made for a slightly difficult time to fall asleep. At least the bed was comfy. Dont know anything about the breakfast as I believe you have to pay for it. Also be forewarned you will be asked to pay for parking in the back through a 3rd party. Neat thing about the hotel is you are a block away from the Plaza. It was a pretty good stay for a couple nights.

While they claim to have amenities- they’re all closed due to no staff working the “area”. Sitting outside- sure- just no cushions on the furniture! Starbucks- sure- if there was someone working the counter- bar- again- if someone was working the counter! Check in- the person seemed bothered to check me in- as if I were keeping him from something more important. Never even muttered the words thank you during my check in! Customer service is VERY important to me. I’m always extremely polite and thankful to any staff I encounter- grocery store, department store or hotel!! Ice machine not working- went to front desk- same person said- yes, it doesn’t work on that floor… but apparently he couldn’t have been bothered to tell me during my check in!! Customer service is non existent- comfort- non existent- I honestly booked this location by mistake- so I guess that’s my fault! Glad I used reward money, and didn’t pay out of pocket for this hotel!

Property Managers Handling No Show Error/ Dispute

As a senior trying to use technology, The general manager Mr. Tierney was dis-passionate and rigid. I had duplicate reservations he would not waive the no show charge after I explained I was staying the Marriott Country Plaza which was obe block from the Courtyard. Afterwards, I charged on two different credit cards for the same night. I called abd emailed the moment I foubd out through a fraud alert not when I checked in nor did receive an email nor text about duplicate reservations. Consequently my availabe creditcwas impacted for my entire trip.
