Room and hotel overall quality fine. Was given key cards at check in that did not work. Went back to front desk and was given key cards that did not work again! They moved our room and now cards work. Next day key cards do not work again. Very annoying. Came back Saturday night late. There were no parking spots--all taken by busy restaurant/bar next door.

There was no parking on Saturday when we got back at 10:30 pm. Zero. We ended up on the street a few blocks away. Staff was nice but unhelpful. Breakfast staff was literally yelling at each other while joking around. Constantly.

Wine selection in bar was poor and not those listed on menu. No phone or clock in room. No coffee in room. No body wash in shower. No bar soap or facial cleanser pads. All lighting was attractive but poor especially over vanity. Four pillows and all so large you couldn't sleep on them. Door to room stuck & hard to open. Great shower!! Liked the location and parking but won't stay there again.

Highly recommended for your next trip to KC!

Clean comfortable room, great decor, very friendly staff and easily accessible to lots of shops and restaurants! Parking lot is big enough even on a busy game weekend we didn't struggle to park! We loved the art wall in the lobby!!

The rooms are very nice & comfortable. Plenty of parking. Front attendant at time of arrival was not very inviting. The evening gentlemen was more into his phone then customer service. The area is great with great dining options and entertainment.

The staff was amazing! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The famous burger place next door was delicious! The only draw back was the neighborhood... it was a little questionable at best... for that reason I'm Not sure we would return:(

I really enjoyed my stay here! I had never stayed in this area of KC before so was a little nervous, but the hotel felt very safe. I am incredibly cautious so probably wouldn't walk at night, BUT, it is walkable if you want to check out the bars, shops, and restaurants down the block. Right next door is a burger restaurant. Parking was maybe the easiest parking I have ever experienced. The hotel was clean and cute! Room and bed were very comfortable and clean.

Booked off of Expedia and was put in a king size room when we wanted two beds. We were then switched to another room, this time there was a plugged toilet. Finally we went to the third room and the bathroom did not have bath towels and the faucet fell off the sink.

Chappell in the house

We were there for the Chappell Roan concert. Didn't spend much time at the Hotel. It was clean and ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was superb. Was super close to the venue.
