Dirty floor dirty bathroom
I wouldn’t stay here again. First we were put in a room that only had a sofa bed in it. I booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Then he put us in Another room that was already taken! We finally got into the room we booked. It wasn’t clean - felt dirty and didn’t smell good. The whole property felt dirty
This property was low, the area smells like rotten swamp and when I noticed the bed was not cleaned it floored me. One staff member named Justin was the worst he yelled at me stating there was nothing he could do , and told me they had no clean sheets available or couldn’t switch my room. Very disappointing
Unfortunately I did not like the property 5 minutes into my stay because the room had uninvited guests. I do not have any other way to say it, but it had roaches. I left the propery within about 10 minutes after discovering this. I requested my money back. I am in the process of getting my refund back for the 2 rooms, but as of right now, i have been denied it.

We stayed four nights/five days. During our stay, they did not clean the room, empty the trash, refresh the towels...not even once. When we requested a cleaning, they still did not do it.
Smoke alarm chirped all night like it was low on batteries. No glasses in the room. Towel rack was coming off the wall
Would not stay their again even if it’s close to Sanford airport price to much for the hotel conditions
Disappointed
My room was clean, quiet, and wonderfully cold. The staff is amazing. I had a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay there again in the future.
Was overall very pleased with our king bed room. It was very cute and lots of room. Bathroom was very small, but not a deal breaker. The cleaning crew came before check out but we were already packed up and ready to go. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.
I didn’t get to stay here because they won’t take a credit card without a chip
