"This property was wonderful it was full of wild animals like monkeys parrots iguanas Etc there was lots of choices in the buffet stuff was very friendly the keep up of the hotel was good we also love private Cove Beach it was very nice to swim in. We will come back to Occidental Resort."

"We’ve now been to Ocean Maya Royale twice this year, first in March and then again in June, and both visits were absolutely fantastic. What makes this resort truly special is the people. The entertainment staff go above and beyond to make sure guests are having fun. A special shoutout to Kenddall, who is a true ray of sunshine. His energy and warmth made us feel so welcome. He’s honestly one of the big reasons we came back for a second visit. Moises and Viri were also incredible and kept the fun going throughout our stay. The food was another highlight. From the tacos at the Mexican restaurant to the fresh pizzas made in the outdoor oven and the delicious ice cream bar, we loved every bite. The buffet and à la carte options were always great. We already miss the food! The resort grounds and rooms were spotless, and the whole place has a relaxed, easy-to-enjoy vibe while still offering plenty of activities. Whether you're up for pool games, live shows, or just relaxing by the beach, there's always something going on. The bartenders really know how to make a great drink, and if you’re a coffee lover, Mike’s Café has you covered with yummy options. A big thank you to Gabriella at the front desk. She always made sure we were happy and even helped recover my daughter’s lost camera. Her care & attention meant so much to us. We can’t recommend this resort enough. If you’re looking for a smaller, friendly resort packed with fun, amazing food, fantastic staff, this is the place!"
