"With the mixed reviews, I was very nervous to arrive at Secrets Aura. From the minute we got there, we were treated amazingly. The service was top notice. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always trying to make our stay a little better. We also got married while we were there and the Romance team was so easy and a pleasure to work with. They made it a breeze without the stress of a wedding. Only complaints we had were the pools were cold (It is December so understandable) and we found the food options to be less than desirable. The food was good but got old quickly. "
