The Reef Playacar Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

5/5 Excellent

"Such a relaxing and wonderful trip. Hotel is beautiful and beach is soooo nice. Staff is outstanding, Every single staff member at the hotel was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and the wait staff was amazing. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us. A very special thank you to Arturo who assisted us with printing paperwork required for our trip home. Even though it took lots of time, Arturo went out of his way to help us and did not stop until the task was complete. His kindness and support will never be forgotten. We look forward to our next trip to The Reef Playacar. If you are planning a trip to Playa Del Carmen you must stay at Reef Playacar!"

5/5 Excellent

"All of your needs are antipated and staff were friendly and professional. There were a wide range of good activities and entertainment. I especially enjoyed the two female singers and the riufit stretch and aqua aerobics. Consistently good food in all restaurants. Making it an overall excellent experience."
