Food was blah. The non-air conditioned buffet was unpleasant with food sitting out in that heat Didn’t have any hot water in shower the entire trip Beautiful tho and the staff was very sweet. Hardly anyone spoke English tho. Made things a bit difficult. Pool water was very warm...not sure what can be done bout that tho. Spa services were beyond amazing. But they charged 16% sales tax and required cash for tip.

They lie to us! They said they will give us a tour of thehotel and the tour was to offer a membership of the hotel which the pressure you to get it even thought you keep saying no!!! thanks to them my family and I missed our shuttle to the airport because they change my name in the reservation!

My entire stay with my family of 19 with 6 different rooms was a mess. All started with a poor check-in process. We had to check with front desk 4 times with each time the same staff did not remember us and asked us again what we needed. No one smiled nor welcomed us. As privileged customers I felt there was no special treatment. My sister's room had no AC the first night and instead of moving her to another room right away, they asked her to change the temp and wait another hour twice. They didn't believe that the AC unit was broken until the next day and took an entire day to get a room available to her with no upgrade or compensation. When you walk around the resort, no staff member smiled or said hello to you. And if you appeared like you wanted to ask a question, no one looked up at you at the lobby or around the resort. One evening, we noticed they had a mexican night at one of the dining places, we saw a staff member coming out, and asked if she knew there was going to be a Mariachi show...she looked up and said "I'm finishing my shift. I don't know" and continued to walk. She didn't point us in the right direction, nor find someone to help us out. We had 4 dining reservations at 4 different restaurants, the booking of 6 rooms was slow. It took us over an hour to book in 4 restaurants, and when we get to the restaurants, they couldn't sit us together. We were literally tables apart and on opposite ends of the restaurant. So our family reunion was not as pleasant.

Entertainment staff was fantastic as well as all the staff. Super friendly and lots of places to eat and drink.

The property is stretched wide and have different room options and guest privileges - however seems like they are understaffed to maintain the privileges they offer. I had booked Privileged Romance package and was specified a lot of services while booking however post checking in the hotel it turned out to be general services like others - the private beach area was over occupied and had guest with no privilege as well Vegetarian food options were quite limited to make it worse

Overall nice stay. The food was horrible every single day. The special restaurants was the best place to eat. My only problem was the inconsiderate people leaving towels on the beach and by the pool for hours unattended. While you have people by the pool and beach waiting to have a seat and enjoy.

Avoid the “orientation” at all costs. It’s a sales pitch that lasts 2.5 hours and wastes your morning in the sun. Great service and drinks. Food is hit or miss.

all staff was awesome the bar staff excellent giovanni in the mini night club was the best bartender, had a little hiccup with the room service with upgrade status but hector at check-in cleared it all up very helpfull. Food was great just have to know what you order and what your tastes are. I always got something good at the a la cartes and they were very antentive and caring during another hiccup. Overall excellent stay and entertainment staff french and mexican were great.

We have been there before and have always had a great stay!

The resort was nice and the rooms were accommodating. Our first room had a musty smell so we had to switch rooms on the following day, which was inconvenient and time consuming. The resort credited us one dinner which I don’t believe was sufficient. However, they did allow a late check out which I appreciated. The food was average

Property was intimate, everything was walkable, great for kids! Renovated rooms- showers were leaking outside the shower doors. Resort needs more activities to do indoors cause we had 2 days of non stop rain.

Definitely the attention received is not in line with our standards and does not honor the good reputation we have achieved over the years, each hotel department has been informed of their experience and is working with the staff to improve our service. With regard to dinner as a group I must say that the not to join tables is attached to security measures, a free access for guests and staff with hot dishes helps us to avoid accidents; On the other hand, I will verify the effort that is made to seat a family as close as possible.
