Nice Place to Stay, Will Come Back Again

My trip was good and the places was clean and roomy, I would suggest cheaper rates for cleaning and Newer Towels...also get a Back Up Generator for the Building when the Power goes OUT...And a Special Thanks to My Concierge Julieta she was amazing and deserves to be paid more...and to the Maids too thank you ALL.

Clean modern suite, with excellent linens and bed. Only complaint was no drinking water on arrival in the evening. Needed a fridge too, Playa is very warm.

Good location however the toliets were broken they did fix it, shower head had limited water. The clean up team should properly sanitize the place and disinfect it. They wanted $25 usd to change towels, $60 to change the bed sheets. Very stingy with toliet paper, no dishwashing soap, no paper towel.

It is located in a great spot. It has parking and pool area. The room was ok but it was missing a small fridge, iron, a safe and hair conditioner. The A/C seemed to be locked in the same temperature and I would have been better to have a cooler room due to the very hot weather
