The room was great! The shower was refreshing, and the bed was comfortably inviting. The room was spacious and afforded us the opportunity to relax. The breakfast was delicious. All staff members were pleasant and willing to help.
The staff were amazing and friendly. This is one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The walls are made of paper. I could hear interstate noise and the people in the room next to me all night long and couldn’t sleep. I wanted this to be my go to for Charlotte so bad.

Horrible customer service. We walked into our first room and the comforter was thrown on the ground and wet towels in the bathroom bunched up on the floor. They gave us a second room- also not clean. By this time we wanted to check out and go somewhere else, they refused us a refund and stuck us in another room. Cleaner but still not the best. I understand staffing issues due to Covid- but that was unacceptable
We did not like the continental breakfast options or lack there of. Rooms were nice with plenty of room.
We learned that the property is fairly new, since May 2021, extremely clean, affordable. Free breakfast on the weekends. Both day and night staff were very friendly and hospitable. We enjoyed our stay! Small 24 hour gym, and outside pool.
The staff were all super nice and always made sure we had what we needed. Restaurants were within walking distance and after dinner we enjoyed sitting in the outside patio relaxing.
They over booked the room type I requested. I booked a room for 5 and prepaid and noted there was 5 people. By the time we checked in it was stated they didn’t have any available rooms that would fit all of us. After going back and forth they finally gave us two rooms to fit everyone also the TVs were not working. Over all the rooms were clean and the beds and showers were comfy and nice.
The property did not give me the room that was booked, my confirmation clearly showed the room was booked for a king bed. They gave my room away and I had to settle for something else.
