The hotel had water issues, air vent was extremely dirty, parking area was unsafe and dirty. The desk agent Saturday morning was not pleasant. The red restaurant was great!

The interior design was overall lovely. There were quite a few places where it was obviously old and worn, which is surprising considering it's a Le Meridien property.

I showed up for a quiet, relaxing weekend with my elderly mother right smack into the midst of an anime con. I’m happy that all these fans got the opportunity to celebrate their favorite characters, but with that level of crowding (especially in the midst of a pandemic) we should have absolutely been informed and given the opportunity to make other plans. My mother is 70 and immunocompromised, and we showed up for a nice, quiet weekend and instead there are hundreds of characters crowding around her with variable mask usage and no opportunity for social distancing. We arrive in the evening after dinner and the lobby is overflowing with characters still, some vomiting into trash cans. Trying to ride the elevator was an excruciating process with people piling on like sardines. The entire experience showed a reckless disregard for the pandemic.

I like the room, the location across from the small park that’s great for taking awesome photos of Charlotte and the restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely superb. The staff was incredibly nice and treated me like royalty. I truly enjoyed my stay and I’ll put them at the top of my list for Charlotte stays

I loved the decorations and the link to Sheraton which was equally appropriated. The cleanliness was immaculate and the facilities, like the lobby area were great. However, the beds are so small and short, though comfortable, and the hotel needs to pay attention to cleaning showers, to remove stains. It is a turnoff for most discerning guests.

I was selected as guest of the day which meant I got a great little goody bag and the staff was wonderful. But then the room was disappointing. The hair drier didn’t work and neither did the coffee maker. There were mechanical noises all night the first night (but not the second) and my room was not cleaned at all between the first and second night. (My bed was made but my trash was still there, my towels were not replenishes, my coffee pods were not refilled, my shampoo and conditioner were not replenished and nothing in the bathroom was even wiped down.) I was there for a conference and didn’t want to go through any hassle of changing rooms and it was just me so ultimately, I had enough towels and shampoo and I got more coffee at the conference.

We loved the location & convenience of the hotel. Great gym with fruit available, towels & clean. The hotel was beautiful ! Enjoyed it availability to Sheraton. We didn’t like the bathroom . The shower didn’t have a door & water would get many items wet. No hook for your towels or room to place other items in bathroom. A small shelf would of have beneficial. Overall, we’re happy with our stay.

Before arriving, I spoke with Iro to let her know that we were coming to celebrate my birthday and she made a note to make our stay extra special. Once checking in, Bria warmly greeted us and told us we were the guests of the day, granting us lounge access, a room upgrade and a voucher for the hotel restaurants, as well as a yummy box of goodies. We walked into our junior suite and immediately felt so excited to celebrate. The rest of the weekend was wonderful. We were surprised with a cake and champagne for my birthday and all of the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. Cherish behind the desk helped fix our keys and set us up with breakfast. Tamika in housekeeping provided us with extra toiletries and a birthday dance. Eva in the lounge shared her stories about her travels to Korea and living in Peru. The entire weekend was so special, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and I am still on cloud 9 from the amazing weekend we had at le meridian!!

We had a reasonable stay but seemed a bit disorganized. They were running vacuums in the evening and getting communication to housekeeping was a bit of a chore. I had asked them not to clean our room yet they entered anyway.

The staff here are fantastic! Polite, professional and helpful. However, the room was clean, except that the tops of the lampshades look like they are never dusted. They actually have tops, and had fuzz balls on all surfaces. And the shower corners had rust and mold in the corners. It looks like they did not deep clean before installing the new tile. The room stated there was a complimentary robe - which was nowhere to be found. The illy coffee machines are a PAIN! There are no instructions on how to use it. I poured the water into the disposal location, then it leaked out all over the table. I had to call to get instructions and a girl - whose name I wish I could remember - came to the room to help. SHE was wonderful but the coffee was not. The large cups are too large for the dispenser and I had to force it under the dispenser and then I spilled some getting it out because I had to tip and force it. I lost a "cup" into the disposal place because when I opened to see if it was in right - it gets flipped into the disposal! When I called for help they said they would comp me coffee but by the time it came up I was ready to leave and had already made and spilled the original espresso made with the illy. I'm checking to see if I actually get "comped." My bank is currently showing two $50 charges pending, for what I am not sure. Parking should have been $20 and nothing else? Unless I pay for bottled water??!! It says free and clear on the cards in the room.

I called because i was having a delivery and was told it would be held and delivered when I arrived. That sis not happen the hotel clakmed they coildnt locatey package. I was told security had it, then concierge, and finally rhe office manager for involved. It was a horrible experience drom.checking im taking 15 minutes ro calling rhe hotel and getting hing up on. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN
