Before arriving, I spoke with Iro to let her know that we were coming to celebrate my birthday and she made a note to make our stay extra special. Once checking in, Bria warmly greeted us and told us we were the guests of the day, granting us lounge access, a room upgrade and a voucher for the hotel restaurants, as well as a yummy box of goodies. We walked into our junior suite and immediately felt so excited to celebrate. The rest of the weekend was wonderful. We were surprised with a cake and champagne for my birthday and all of the staff were extremely friendly, accommodating and professional. Cherish behind the desk helped fix our keys and set us up with breakfast. Tamika in housekeeping provided us with extra toiletries and a birthday dance. Eva in the lounge shared her stories about her travels to Korea and living in Peru. The entire weekend was so special, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, spacious, comfortable and I am still on cloud 9 from the amazing weekend we had at le meridian!!

We had a reasonable stay but seemed a bit disorganized. They were running vacuums in the evening and getting communication to housekeeping was a bit of a chore. I had asked them not to clean our room yet they entered anyway.

The staff here are fantastic! Polite, professional and helpful. However, the room was clean, except that the tops of the lampshades look like they are never dusted. They actually have tops, and had fuzz balls on all surfaces. And the shower corners had rust and mold in the corners. It looks like they did not deep clean before installing the new tile. The room stated there was a complimentary robe - which was nowhere to be found. The illy coffee machines are a PAIN! There are no instructions on how to use it. I poured the water into the disposal location, then it leaked out all over the table. I had to call to get instructions and a girl - whose name I wish I could remember - came to the room to help. SHE was wonderful but the coffee was not. The large cups are too large for the dispenser and I had to force it under the dispenser and then I spilled some getting it out because I had to tip and force it. I lost a "cup" into the disposal place because when I opened to see if it was in right - it gets flipped into the disposal! When I called for help they said they would comp me coffee but by the time it came up I was ready to leave and had already made and spilled the original espresso made with the illy. I'm checking to see if I actually get "comped." My bank is currently showing two $50 charges pending, for what I am not sure. Parking should have been $20 and nothing else? Unless I pay for bottled water??!! It says free and clear on the cards in the room.

I called because i was having a delivery and was told it would be held and delivered when I arrived. That sis not happen the hotel clakmed they coildnt locatey package. I was told security had it, then concierge, and finally rhe office manager for involved. It was a horrible experience drom.checking im taking 15 minutes ro calling rhe hotel and getting hing up on. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN

I love the decor, the location and the bedding is so comfortable! Love the toiletries and shower.

The staff was exceptional. Once Lucas found out it was our anniversary he made us his guest of the day. It included free drinks, valet, and breakfast. Everyone was so nice. The only complaint we have is in the bed. It was definitely in need of an upgrade. It was very uncomfortable and had our backs feeling terrible. We had to sleep at the bottom of the bed just to get any relief. Other than the bed everything was great.

It was good just we had in night time in our floor smell of some people that smoking grass , and we stay two night and our room was 15 level but both of the night was this problem

THhis hotel is amazing! Dogs are welcome and free to stay! The rooftop bar has an incredible view of the city, and it has a park across the street! I love everything about this hotel!

The hotel was nice, clean and also welcomes dogs! Very pet friendly without feeling or smelling like a pet hotel. Great location. Comfy beds. Yummy smelling toiletries and a waterfall shower!

The hotel was beautiful and upon checkin I was informed that I had been upgraded to Guest of the Day. Which included free parking, access to the Sheraton club for evening appetizers and breakfast, 10% off all dining at the hotel, and a welcome gift of truffles and champagne. The staff was wonderful and our room was very comfortable.

We had a reasonable stay but seemed a bit disorganized. They were running vacuums in the evening and getting communication to housekeeping was a bit of a chore. I had asked them not to clean our room yet they entered anyway.

In regards to your billing statement, we apologize if this authorization for incidentals came as a surprise. Like most hotels, we authorize a daily amount towards any incidental charges that may be billed to the room on your card. This authorization is released at the time of departure, though the credit may take within five to seven days to be restored in full.
