The property is beautiful and so much to do and explore.

Grovepark is one of our favorite places to stay. The food and the spa are exceptional. Tim ,our concierge on Club level ,was friendly and went out of his way to make sure all needs were met. Be aware that spa access is no longer granted for Club level guests unless you purchase a spa pass or spa treatment, which was our only disappointment

The hotel rooms desperately need updating from the typical king bed hotel room to the larger suites. All feel like they were last updated in the 70s. Mattresses are very uncomfortable according to whole family.

Great valet parking attendants. Fast and efficient check in. Room with great views

This is our 4th or 5th time coming to Grove Park Inn. We love the ambiance, the history and most of all the wonderful staff in the hotel. The outside entrance greeter, we’ll not so much. While we only stayed one night in celebration of our 31 years anniversary, it was relaxing, slept almost 12 hours after a exceptional dinner and breakfast. Charlie, our Checkin host was awesome and took care of us with an upgrade and made sure we were credited our Omni stay account! First class acts all around! Thank you and certainly see you again next year, hopefully staying longer!

It’s such a lovely property. Clean and full of charm. Nestled in the mountains made the visit so enjoyable.

Totally worth it! I was sad to leave but we will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodations! Wonderful staff and great amenities!

Fantastic location

Beautiful! Great food. Friendly staff. Amazing view

The view is beautiful and the rooms were clean but I felt the amenities and the quality of service at the front desk and concierge was lacking. I also felt like the rooms were very dated for the price. I guess you're paying for the view...

Room was not as pictured; not even close. Much older and dingy especially for the price. Carpet needs replaced and overall updated; could be accomplished while keeping same rustic feel. Property/grounds are beautiful and staff was very friendly.

Old time charm remains, but access to the front desk and guest services is behind an Omni firewall, so the personal touch that used to be part of the GPI is gone. Also the number of guests is taxing the restaurant capacity.

The views were outstanding. The property needed care grass needed mowing and weeding.

We love Grove Park Inn. Highly recommend!
