The hotel was exceptional in accordance with COVID guidelines. Overall, two thumbs up! John at the front desk was effecient and engaging. He was very hospitable. Elizabeth at the spa went the extra. She also shared the history of the spa.

Great place, very romantic. Great food and SPA! Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I stayed in a premium mountian view room for our anniversary. The room itself was good, the view was great. The property is beautiful and the staff is top notch. One concierge in the spa was fair at best; he did not have the same drive & enthusiasm that everyone else shared. The staff began texting us before we arrived to make sure our arrival was seemless. The valets, bellmen, wait staff, and everyone else were beyond nice and so helpfull. Checkout was just as easy.

Fireplace and spa are amazing! A bit pricey, but worth at least a night's stay to experience the views, food, and amenities.

The spa was excellent. The staff is always friendly. The food was delicious. Denise, the bartender in the main lobby bar is fabulous! The historic Rome was full of charm. I highly recommend staying at the grove park!

It is beautiful! Our Bellhop was very helpful. Service at the breakfast buffet was poor. Begging for a cup of coffee!! The most disappointing: Our mattress, pillows, and linens on bed were very inferior. Lumpy, flat pillows. Difficult to turn over in the bed because it was so misshapened. I'm still not sure the sheets were fresh. Mildew in the bathroom shower/tub. Not a good night's rest.

The hotel itself is beautiful, restful and the staff were very helpful and nice. The food was good in all of the places we ate. I did find it ridiculous to see all of the daily add on charges on top of over five hundred dollars a night. Not sure we will return but we enjoyed it this one time to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

You're basically paying for the views and the gorgeous lobby. The room we received left a lot to be desired, especially for the price. Thin towels and linens and a small, dark bathroom with a tiny vanity and no place to hang towels. You have to pay to use the spa in order to access the best pool on the property. The other pool/sports facility is woefully outdated. Many parts of the hotel look like they haven't been updated since the 1970s. The main (old) part of the hotel is beautiful, but the rest of the property just seems like a dated add on (which it is). The staff is very nice and attentive.

love the updated resort rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Views are are amazing.
