First room offered smelled like cigarettes and the second one was just slightly better.

A squeaky clean motel with an amazing complementary breakfast. Close enough to everything in Asheville. A gem.

This motel is simple but excellent for reaching the various attractions around Asheville -- ranging from the millennial spots to the Biltmore sites (and sights). The complimentary breakfast is fine. The staff is very helpful. The. Pool is outdoors and pleasant

Clean, good breakfast. Only downside was vinyl sofa that squeeked so if someone tried to stay up late and tead, there was the concern of noise. Rooms were quiet, as well. Didn't hear other guests coming and going.

The room appeared clean but it was so damp that I felt like i was putting my feet into wet slippers. The towels were even wet the next day. The room had a musty odor to it.

Decent price for Asheville, not great but good and friendly staff. Located close to I - 240

The friendly staff checked me in quickly and provided clear directions to the room. The room w as spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast featured a wide variety of choices with the only disappointment being thin gravy for the biscuits.

Location is not easy to get into or out of during heavy traffic periods. Most rooms open to the outside, not as in picture of hotel. We will not stay in that motel again.

The only thing better would have been an indoor pool, or a lower room rate. Otherwise, everything was fine. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Great stay for the price. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the spacious room.

Happy to find a place to bring my dog also. Convenient dog area with bags provided. Too bad everyone didn't use them. The pillows in the room were awful as well as being blown off the bed by the air conditioner.

Needs to be remodeled . Not worth the Money I paid.

It was much nicer than I expected. It look updated inside. The spot was great in reference to our activities.

The hotels breakfast was a great way to start the day! Very close to the Biltmore Mansion... I would stay here again! Only not on the last room beside the highway, could hear the traffic all night.

While the room initially looked clean, we found lots of little bits of debris around the vanity and closet area that had obviously not been vacuumed - including some sandy dirt near the door of the bathroom. I also stepped twice on a sticky area that appeared to be gum. Anyone wanting to use the iron can only use the wide end of the board since the cord attaching the iron to that end of the board is too short to allow nearly any ironing at the narrow end. Very frustrating. I rarely write negative reviews, but I can't praise what wasn't right.

Clean rooms, decent facility, and close to downtown Asheville. They allow pets and our dog did fine too.

I was very happy with the cleanliness of this room. The bathroom was redone and the beds were comfortable. We parked right outside our door which made it easy to unload all the bags, etc. for reorganization in the room. The breakfast was good and quick.

Easy to check in Front desk was great upon check in Did call several times prior and lost connection Great hotel for pets especially when on the first floor They keep the rooms in excellent condition Usually with pet rooms the quality is deminished

staff very courteous and helpful. Arrived slightly early and was allowed early check-in. Great location, easy to get in and out of and just a $10 cab ride from downtown Asheville.

Its close to where I need to go, 10 mins walk there is a shopping mall. Room is clean, can't complain with this price~

I would like to apologize for the issue in the room. We are 100% non smoking and sometimes guest don't always play by the rules. I hope that if you are ever in the area you will give us a second chance.
