Great place

It’s like your own little condo.

One huge problem ruined the experience and we probably would have stayed somewhere else if it was possible (see The Ugly section) The good: great location. It's walkable both to the Biltmore Village as well as the breweries. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen. The furniture could use some updating but it was still fairly comfortable. When able to be found, the staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy. The bad: We stayed in a unit with a king and a queen bed. The queen bed was on a cheap bed frame that creaked. Cleanliness could have been improved as well. Each layer of the bedding had at least one staining including what looked like a tiny blood stain on the sheet. The back side of the bed frame was heavily coated in dust, as if it hadn't been wiped in months. They very obviously did not clean, or clean well at least, before check in. The ugly: One of the bedrooms and the living room was infested with ants. There was a steady stream of ants going from the corner of one of the bedrooms into the living room. We went to the front desk multiple times and called as well and no one picked up. The next day, we made sure to be around when the cleaning staff came around to mention it to them. They said they would take care of it. I don't think they actually did do anything as they were still there when we returned. We ended up killing them ourselves for hours until they finally never came back (Note to self: remember to put ant extermination on my resume)

The location was good. The room sizes were great. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The furniture in the rooms were old and you would sink in. It was not comfortable and needs to be replaced. There are not very many kitchen supplies to use while staying there. Do not ask them to do your laundry unless you want it brought back to you all wet in a bag and when I returned it to actually be dried I got major attitude and when it was returned the second time it was all just thrown in a bag completely wrinkled.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residences. We did have a little trouble finding the registration office, which was in a separate building at the bottom of the property and not well marked at all. The room was clean and comfortable. The small balcony was nice to use. The shower was very large and there was also a jetted tub that my wife enjoyed. There was no dish soap provided, nor a dish towel. The grounds were so-so. There were some boxes and other trash here and there that we encountered. There is a designated doggie relief area with bags supplied. We did not get a chance to use the pool area, but it looked nice. We would definitely stay here again, but we would request a room on a top floor, as we could hear everything going on above us, and our pooch, who is a bit high-strung, didn't enjoy that.

Great stay and so close to Asheville downtown!

My air conditioner was out on the first night of our stay. Made do and slept..barely with the windows open. Assured it would be fixed my maintenance the next morning. Left early to enjoy my day..returned and it was 80 in my room. Never fixed it.. offered to move me to a room upstairs..guess what.NO Air in that room either. What a joke.. moved 2 buildings over. Never got an apology even. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Planning a wedding event and will not reccomend

Clean, nice kitchen, spacious

Accommodations and space were exactly what we were looking for. A full one bedroom condo. Excellent location for everything we wanted to do. Will definitely come back here. Late checkout was only 15 minutes or you get charged for half a day, so get out on time!!

Spacious in a great location! Could easily spend more time in visiting.

i liked the location, and the rooms were very spacious. The only downside was you could hear the people above us moving around quite a bit. But that was something we would deal with again because the pros outweighed the cons

The condo is like a home away from home. The marble counters, stone fireplace, and wood floors give it a cabin feel. I love the huge bathroom!

Great Layout Convenient to all Attractions, Friendly Staff

This was a beautiful and super clean condo size unit with a full kitchen, washer and dryer and best of all, a gas fireplace that we enjoyed every day. We would definitely stay again. 5 minutes from the Biltmore Estate front gate as well.

They clearly stated that the property was non smoking but our room had had a smoker in it previously with residual smell. The couch cushions were so worn that you could not sit for any period of time and small detail, a missing dresser drawer handle. Amenities were minimal at best.

Teriffic condo. Updated, great bed and bedding. Wonderful bath and kitchen. We would love to stay again.

It was fine, close to Biltmore. Clean, bathroom good
