Perfect place to stay always. Safe and pet friendly.

Spacious and comfortable. At a reasonable price, staff is very friendly.

We were put into a handicapped room. Definitely did not like that, especially if somebody handicapped actually needed that.

These are fully stocked apartments. Beautiful surroundings, fire pit, hot tub etc. The master bathroom was huge. It was perfect for our group. Easy check in and close to groceries. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a great place to stay. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room, kitchen and dining area. It would be a great apartment. The property was close to the Biltmore estate. The restaurant had a great breakfast.

Loved that it felt like we had our own apartment!

The only problem was finding the place. Excellent stay and facilities. Would return in future. Please add an extra sign at the base of the hill to direct newcomers to the check-in!

Beware this is not a standard hotel. It’s more like Airbnb rental without service and cleaning. The front desk is extremely disappointing. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in early citing room not being ready. Asked estimated time we could check in and they would not give even a hint other than the standard check-in time. They told us they would call when the room was ready, but they never called until we returned at 6:30pm. On the second day when we returned to the room in the evening we noticed the room had not been cleaned and then we were told no room cleaning was provided by the hotel. We asked for clean towels, but they never delivered them. For the high daily rate, we were extremely disappointed. Would not recommend it.

Everything about this property is excellent. The only downside is they promote a brand new restaurant and bar however the restaurant and bar are not open after breakfast.

Cleanliness, quiet, and amenities.

stayed here a few years ago and it was much better then. The overall facility/condo was nice when first opened, but has declined. First, the staff was rude. I asked for an upper floor with a Mountain View. Didn’t get either. When I asked about it, I was told multiple different reasons why they couldn’t grant my request: 1) because I didn’t ask, so informed it was in the request, 2) because I went through Orbitz, so I informed I had called and asked if I could request through another site and was told I could before booking 3) then told they were full. I stayed it’s January and not a Holiday. Still told they were full. The parking lot was almost empty our entire stay…very few cars. Did everyone walk to get there? Inside the original condo furniture was nice overall, but almost no supplies provided. No dish soap, only 2 dishwasher tabs for a 5 day stay, one bar soap, no extra trash bags or toilet paper. Very minimal silverware: less than 4 place settings for 4 people (only salad forks.) Only a sauce pan and Large boiling pan: no frying pan no cookie sheets and minimal cups/glasses. There were no tv remotes in the bedrooms (only cable remotes,) so can’t stream movies from apps/Amazon or use sleep mode. TV remote in living room with corroded batteries so unusable. As with previous complaints: VERY loud! There was a family above us. Can hear every footstep, moving furniture, vacuuming, etc. The cleaning crew yelled to each other outside and it was very loud!

The room started off really good. The fireplace was great and it had a working kitchen area. We even booked in room massages. Our refrigerator broke the next day though and the front staff just unplugged it. We were left without ice or cold drinking water. We also had to have warm wine. There was no discount to my room provided

The property had everything what I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodated our needs. The only negative thing happened that one day a cleaning service left our door unlocked. The trash was gone but the door was unlocked and you could get in just pushing the door forward. We checked all the items. Nothing was stolen. But if we were out till late evening, you never know. We reported the incident.

Great place

It’s like your own little condo.

One huge problem ruined the experience and we probably would have stayed somewhere else if it was possible (see The Ugly section) The good: great location. It's walkable both to the Biltmore Village as well as the breweries. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen. The furniture could use some updating but it was still fairly comfortable. When able to be found, the staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy. The bad: We stayed in a unit with a king and a queen bed. The queen bed was on a cheap bed frame that creaked. Cleanliness could have been improved as well. Each layer of the bedding had at least one staining including what looked like a tiny blood stain on the sheet. The back side of the bed frame was heavily coated in dust, as if it hadn't been wiped in months. They very obviously did not clean, or clean well at least, before check in. The ugly: One of the bedrooms and the living room was infested with ants. There was a steady stream of ants going from the corner of one of the bedrooms into the living room. We went to the front desk multiple times and called as well and no one picked up. The next day, we made sure to be around when the cleaning staff came around to mention it to them. They said they would take care of it. I don't think they actually did do anything as they were still there when we returned. We ended up killing them ourselves for hours until they finally never came back (Note to self: remember to put ant extermination on my resume)
