It was fine, close to Biltmore. Clean, bathroom good

very nice room with kitchen. Close to the Biltmore Estate and a short drive to restaurants, brew pubs, etc.

Building is not kept clean. Run-down. Looks better in the picture. Unit I was in smelled like cat.

This is a great location. The 2 bedroom is an amazing space for friends traveling together. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The apartments was SPOTLESSLY clean. Definitely recommend.

We love everything about this property. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The rooms were very comfy. The bed mattress and box springs were old and needed to be change.

Let to go somewhere and came back, couldn't find a place to park had to park a level down

I didn’t like that they didn’t have an inside pool for my young daughter or that they didn’t offer free breakfast. Lastly I really didn’t like how they tried to charge my credit card for the room when I already paid on orbitz.com.

Construction in parking lot was us up early and noisy

This was the second time I'd stayed and will likely be my go-to place to stay in Asheville. It's centrally located, the rooms are fabulous up-scale converted apartments with everything you need and for a little extra, you can bring your pup!

I like the apartment style unit. Could easily cook a meal if you're on an extended stay or on a budget.

We only booked this property due to the outdoor hot tub. We called ahead to confirm the hot tub was open through winter before booking. The hot tub was closed, with no sign posted, during our stay. We have stayed many places with outdoor hot tubs open in colder weather. When we called down to the front to ask about it we spoke to one of the most flippant, unprofessional individuals that I have ever spoken to at a place like this.

Had a room on the second level. You could hear every step the people above took. Very annoying. Do not plan to return, if I do I will only stay in a room on the top level. Also the shower was nice but didn't drain well.

Beautiful arts and crafts mission exterior. Lovely interior as well.

Property was very clean, rooms updated and comfortable.

The studio room was laid out well and very spacious. Bathroom was very big with double sinks and roomy shower. Entire room was luxurious with high end appliances and quality fixtures. Anything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Close to Biltmore.

Clean - convenient location. Washer/dryer is very small but still convenient to have in the room. The queen sleeper sofa is not comfortable for an adult in unit 305. But was ok for the kids. They ran out of blankets/comforters and gave mattress protectors for blankets for the sleeper sofa. Overall good.
