The lobby absolutely reeks of awful, cheap air freshener that smells like bad cologne. It’s an assault on the senses. I had to hold my breath walking on the first floor and I am unsure how anyone decided using that much fragrance in a hotel was a good idea. Management should rectify that immediately - not a good first impression.

Great location if going to Biltmore Estate. It is only two blocks away. Clean and staff are friendly. Only thing I would improve on is the food and drinks.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the service was great. My first room was near the road, so it could get a bit noisy with traffic going to the intersection. However, when I moved to a suite, it was much quieter and more peaceful, with trees behind the room providing a nice, relaxing view. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.
