I know one thing I'll say about it I did not expect to be greeted with an attitude a general I don't care about you as a customer feeling and just an overall bad attitude from the third shift or night time front desk gentleman he was beyond rude. Anything that was asked he basically had a problem with or wanted to throw a roadblock up in front of it it wasn't anything earth shattering. He just seem to in general have a problem. He alone was bad enough that I would never return so I'm not even gonna get into the rest of it the rest of it wasn't as bad but when you pay for a penthouse you don't expect to be treated like the way I was treated and again the gentleman with red hair On the nighttime shift. If I were his boss which I've been a management for over 25 years he'll be gone atrocious absolutely atrocious
Hotel was over all nice , shower wasn’t great due to poor water flow and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My friend and I had a really hard time sleeping due to how hard the bed was and the flat pillows

The restaurant was closed. At no time during booking were we informed the restaurant was closed. Because it snowed and the restaurant was closed we could not find food. The restaurant claimed to serve pizza. They ran out.
Stayed here on a whim and glad we did. To get the most out of your stay ask for a room on the upper floors. The view of the historic residential neighborhood is wonderful. Walking distance to everything.
Modern, stylish, great location for downtown
The property is very conveniently located. It is clean, updated and comfortable. The staff was also great. We had a corner room---worth the extra cost for the stunning views! We would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

The location to downtown was great. There was minimal noise in the hallways and the beds abs pillows were very comfortable. The valet service was great and attendant was friendly! Due to covid, the hotel offered no linen service and did not refresh towels. I think they should put extra towels in the room until these restrictions are lifted.
