New and had all the essentials. Only problem was it was loud above us.
I found a really good price on Orbitz for a one-night stay a few days before Christmas. Parking was incredibly convenient. There's a gas-powered fire pit by the parking lot. The free continental breakfast is much appreciated, but I've seen a better variety of foods at other hotel free breakfasts. Thankfully, they leave the orange juice and apple juice machine on 24-7. They have some COVID safety practices, but I think there could be more. The woman at the front desk is VERY nice. However, I had one towel that had a red stain on it, and that was a turnoff. I took a photo of the dirty towel, and when I showed it to the front desk, they gave me a small discount. The thermostat is a bit hard to control, and my room was either a little bit too hot or too cold.

Awesome place to stay, room was very clean and staff was very courteous, will definitely stay again anytime I visit Asheville again.
The hotel was reasonably close to downtown Asheville, and not expensive. It was cheap, the breakfast had gluten-free options (you could ask for corn tortillas for the egg taco things -- and the staff was very helpful). Also the room was clean and smelled nice. My one complaint was the parking -- there were not enough spots to begin with and a couple of guests parked their pick-up trucks with trailers sideways along several spots (10 spots taken up by two trucks!). This left only one or two spots in the adjacent parking lot. They should have told those guests to park in a jack-knifed fashion to save space, but they were too "polite" to do so (i.e., too compliant -- in a bad way).
Easy breakfast with several options, great for kids! Front desk night staff not very helpful for recommendations- come knowing what you plan to do.
Messed up my check in and gave me the wrong room. Then had endless tiny ants in my room
It was nice because it was new and very affordable. The insulation between the walls and ceiling though was poor as you heard everything from every from talking to toilet flushing. There was a gap in the door jam from the door handle to the floor, that you could clearly see through. We hung a towel over the door handle. You could tell the hotel was tossed up quickly with little inspection. We were only staying for the night and for $106 OTD for a Saturday night....I sucked it up.
I like the location it was close to activities. The décor was nice the view was no appealing though.
Very clean and modern rooms. Felt safe and secure. Shopping extremely close
Internet service is terrible. The room clock is so bright I had to cover it to sleep. The shower water pressure was very low.
Room was ready early, very clean, I like that the floor is tile, not carpet. Bed was very comfortable, grab and go breakfast great! We spent the whole day touring Biltmore and had a fine stay.
Fast and friendly service. Clean rooms and easily accessible.
The rooms were not sound proof. Could here everything out in the hallway. Between 9 and 10:30 pm there was a domestic dispute going on across the hall from us. We are trying to sleep and finally after a long time, called down to the front desk to complain about it. The next morning we stated that to the front desk clerk. She wasn't told nothing about it from the previous clerk.
This property was brand new, very clean and well maintained. Staff with friendly and helpful.
