Great location. Quiet and clean. 5 minutes to Mission Hospital. 5 minutes to Biltmore estate. Plenty of food, gas etc within walking distance as well. Only issue was parking lot construction. Otherwise great

I stayed at this hotel for over a week and was pleased with my stay. The service was noteworthy, very friendly and accommodating. I feel I got a great value staying here and it is just a stone's throw from The Biltmore and downtown.
The hotel was close to Biltmore Village and the estate. Restaurants were close by along wth shopping. It’s always nice to have a little extra room with the suites versus a standard room.
The hotel certainly met my expectations. The room was furnished with all the essentials, for the exception of a hair dryer. The hotel grounds was also a pleasant experience. I'd have to say... the mattress I had was a heavenly experience! I'd certainly book a room here again, in a heartbeat!
It was a very pleasant experience with easy access to the Interstate and very convenient to all the sighs around the Asheville area. The suite was vey comfortable and very clean! All of the staff were very cordial and that always makes a good impression. The pool and hot tub made the stay even better, especially since neither were crowded.

Everything about the hotel was great except the fitness facility wasn't in great working condition and VERY small. The pool area was also small, but it was clean and bright. The front desk people were extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent! We would definitely return.
Hotel was very convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate. We stayed here overnight for one of the Biltmore concerts and a tour of the estate the next day. Room was everything we expected, staff at front desk was very friendly when checking in/out. Only complaint was not having enough towels in room for the whole family, but did not ask for more. Overall, a great weekend and good place to stay. Room was clean and quiet even with a wedding party staying there.
Attended Lacrosse Tournament and Asheville Festival. The location was convenient for both. The hotel rooms were clean, and the amenities were very adequate.
