The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the kitchen was perfect with most of what one would need for an everyday meal. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very clean and we can tell they sanitized the rooms. Breakfast was cafeteria style with eggs, meat, grits, toast, muffins and coffee. You have the choice of eating in the lobby or having them pack up the food as to go. The rooms were perfect as they have a dining table, full sized fridge, sink and stove as we brought to go food back to the hotel to eat. This was our first trip since COVID and so glad we chose this property. Staff was so considerate and Robbie at the front desk was nice and helped us provide local area tips.

Very roomy and comfortable suite. Bed was comfortable. Felt very safe. Units had inside access. Full size fridge was nice. The were a couple of negatives. The shower floor was slick and had no mat or anything to keep a person from slipping while in the shower. The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent. After setting it to a comfortable temperature, it would fluctuate. At times it would become extremely hot and then extremely cold. This made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower.

Came here for a 21st birthday weekend. Upon arrival the gentleman checking us in, can’t remeber his name but been with the hotel 14 years was absolutely great! We had zero issues, fun staff, great suite, nice pool. Had a wonderful stay!

Great property. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Hotel was very nice w very large room: kitchen & sitting area. Morning & night food offered w good selection. My negative is that they put us in a room that shared a wall w the elevator. We heard the mechanisms working all night long. We had a reservation for 3 nights. Why put us in that room?

I liked how accessible the hotel was to I-26 and downtown Asheville. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The suite had everything our family needed for our stay. The staff was friendly for the most part but check in was not very smooth. The person checking us in might have been new but she seemed confused about a lot of things as if it was her first time ever checking anyone in.

The rom was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again!

On morning of check-out, power went out and rooms were pitch black. Would suggest installation of an emergency back up light (like what are installed in passageways) for interior of rooms. We were able to make due with using flashlights on our phones, but it was a bit difficult. I did want to commend the staff that handled breakfast preparation... They went above and beyond to accommodate guests by serving items that they could prepare without power. I also overheard them offering guests flashlights. All said, I was impressed with how they managed a difficult situation.

No complaints - the hotel was convenient to everything in Asheville and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff were the perfect way to start the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great rooms, not huge but full of all you could possibly need.

Nice, clean and comfortable Hotel convenient to downtown shops and restaurants and the Biltmore estates. Friendly and courteous staff, free snacks and drinks stocked in room, including free breakfast and evening social hour with food. Enjoyed our stay at this facility with Mountain View 1-bedroom suite and would highly recommend to family and friends when they visit Asheville, NC.

Wonderful courteous staff. Very clean and nice amenities like free snacks, drinks and breakfast!

The hotel was wonderful! Not only did we have a beautiful suite, but the unexpected complimentary Asian buffet dinner with wine or beer was delicious and gave us the chance to just relax (their dinner menu changes nightly). They also give a complimentary breakfast buffet that was very good with a nice variety and pretty decent coffee. It's not really in walking distance to a lot of nice places, but the hotel staff takes every effort to make it a place you can enjoy for as long as you feel like staying off the road.

Great hotel for family vacation with 2 tweens. Shuttle service, bfast, happy hour, pool, WiFi, grocery service, quiet and clean room, great staff all added up to an exceptional hotel. Wow!
