I liked how accessible the hotel was to I-26 and downtown Asheville. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The suite had everything our family needed for our stay. The staff was friendly for the most part but check in was not very smooth. The person checking us in might have been new but she seemed confused about a lot of things as if it was her first time ever checking anyone in.

The rom was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again!

On morning of check-out, power went out and rooms were pitch black. Would suggest installation of an emergency back up light (like what are installed in passageways) for interior of rooms. We were able to make due with using flashlights on our phones, but it was a bit difficult. I did want to commend the staff that handled breakfast preparation... They went above and beyond to accommodate guests by serving items that they could prepare without power. I also overheard them offering guests flashlights. All said, I was impressed with how they managed a difficult situation.

No complaints - the hotel was convenient to everything in Asheville and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and breakfast staff were the perfect way to start the day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great rooms, not huge but full of all you could possibly need.

Nice, clean and comfortable Hotel convenient to downtown shops and restaurants and the Biltmore estates. Friendly and courteous staff, free snacks and drinks stocked in room, including free breakfast and evening social hour with food. Enjoyed our stay at this facility with Mountain View 1-bedroom suite and would highly recommend to family and friends when they visit Asheville, NC.

Wonderful courteous staff. Very clean and nice amenities like free snacks, drinks and breakfast!

The hotel was wonderful! Not only did we have a beautiful suite, but the unexpected complimentary Asian buffet dinner with wine or beer was delicious and gave us the chance to just relax (their dinner menu changes nightly). They also give a complimentary breakfast buffet that was very good with a nice variety and pretty decent coffee. It's not really in walking distance to a lot of nice places, but the hotel staff takes every effort to make it a place you can enjoy for as long as you feel like staying off the road.

Great hotel for family vacation with 2 tweens. Shuttle service, bfast, happy hour, pool, WiFi, grocery service, quiet and clean room, great staff all added up to an exceptional hotel. Wow!

Hotel was gorgeous with a terrific staff! Truly a home away from home. It was conveniently located in close proximity to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore estate. Also thoroughly enjoyed the mountain view from our suite! Will definitely stay here again!

Yes, the hotel staff was friendly... after we put them on the phone with the third party booking company who confirmed our reservation was not cancelled as shown in the hotel's system. Yes, there was free hot breakfast and an evening reception... but the breakfast was overcooked--we stuck with yogurt and toast--and the best things going in the evening was the soup and wine/beer. Didn't appear as if they regularly vacuumed the hallways during our multi-night stay. My husband had to convince me the sock in plain view in the bedroom was not his or our son's. Had to let one another pass to move around in the bedroom, vanity and kitchen. Curb parked a couple of nights, as there weren't any parking spaces available. My husband was a little not pleased that we overpaid when we could've gotten more for our money elsewhere.

Hotel was very clean. Small work out area but the precor equipment is very nice. Work out area is well above average compared to other hotels. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were a plus with nice clean eating area. Only issue is that the food was average. Breakfast was better than that nights particular dinner. May have just been an unlucky night for my taste. But other than the taste, the complimentary food was a very nice gesture. Very friendly and helpful staff and the cleaning crew was always busy and taking pride in the cleanliness of the hotel. I would stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located and clean. My issue with the hotel is that we were put in a smoking room. I was very surprised when I arrived at the hotel and the person working at the front desk was rather rude about it. When I said something about his attitude, he did an about face and offered to set up the ozone machine while I was at dinner. Unfortunately, it didn’t help with the smoke and we ended up leaving a day early. Note: My original request specified a non-smoking room, but when it came to finalizing the reservation, apparently there were no non-smoking rooms so they defaulted to a smoking room without my realizing it.

Very comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner was a nice convnient touch. Shower pressure was non existent and water was a little brown when first turned on.

After asking for a fitted sheet and febreeze, they never arrived. After calling back the front desk, our needs had never been passed on to the appropriate staff member.

We booked a smoking room by mistake. When I called the front desk, they explained it was the last room but they could spray febreeze. Only problem was they never came. Finally at 10pm I called to say never mind, the kids fell asleep and the woman who answered the phone said she was never told to come spray by the 1st person who took my call. We also needed a fitted sheet for the sleeper sofa which was never delivered.

When we arrived we were told that our reservation was for a smoking room and all other rooms were booked. Since the reservation was non-refundable, we were stuck. My wife and I are lifelong non-smokers and would never have requested smoking through an on-line booking site. The hotel did its best to mitigate the stench, but it was a losing battle. They were able to switch us to a regular room on the second night. I will never book a non-smokefree hotel again and will never, ever use (starts with an O) again. The rest of the hotel amenities were first-rate.

the stay was fun. staff in breakfast / dining room could have been little more pleasant. pool and hot tub water filters weren't even running had lots of stuff floating in water room was great.
