This 4-story townhome is located in the South Slope district of downtown Asheville. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half baths, plus a private loft on its own floor with a queen sized pull out sofa. It is equipped with a private elevator for convenient access to all floors and a roof-top patio.
You`ll step right outside your front door to local breweries, restaurants, and spas while also conveniently located to the Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property. This is a residential complex; please be mindful of your neighbors

2 parking spaces are included with the unit. 1 located inside the private garage, (6`8 H, 8`6 W, 17` L) and the 2nd space is an assigned parking space located behind the townhomes.

Guests will be provided with detailed check-in instructions upon booking. These instructions will be re-sent 3 days prior to arrival. This rental is managed by Towns Property Management Inc; a locally owned company that has staff available 24 hours in case of emergency.

The rental was very clean and comfortable. It’s located near a ton of good breweries and restaurants. The unit was stocked with all the essentials as well. The elevator was especially nice since my elderly mother was with us and has a bad knee. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great pad. Elevator is a bonus. so many breweries distilleries restaurants right in the hood. Walked further out of our neighborhood downtown one night no problem and hiked to the Arts district one night and ride shared back to our neighborhood. Outdoor space was great parking in garage and the extra space out back were ideal for us. (one came from the east one came from the west.) . Had all the little things one doesn't bring dish/laundry soap.All in all a stellar stay.

We rented this town home for a weekend trip to Asheville. It's a great space, spacious, clean, and with easy access to downtown by foot or car. We had one family of three and a couple. The adults took the bedrooms and the tween ended up living his best life on the top floor pull out couch. Parking was easy. The garage easily fit a mid size suv and the assigned parking spot was close to the door. All of us agreed that we would rent this unit again.

This review is for the property management. They contacted us before check-in letting us know that the property we rented would be without air for the weekend. They kindly provided us with an alternate rental. Communication was very smooth. I also hard a medical emergency during my stay and they accommodate us with a late check out. Here’s your full post with the new line added so everything flows naturally:---Really loved the three floors and the convenience of the elevator. The third floor was my favorite, offering a peaceful space perfect for some quiet time. It was also close to the hospital, which made things much easier during our visit for a sick relative. There was a small issue with the microwave, but someone came by quickly to repair it and even brought another one, which we really appreciated. Loved the cleanliness and the convenience of the garage. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful townhome!

This townhouse was amazing and just right for our group of 3 women away for the weekend. Townhome was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Furnishings were lovely and very comfortable. Location was great - walked to downtown, brewery and restaurants, and a short drive to visit the Biltmore Estate. Would highly recommend this place to any group for a great stay!

Booked twice in a month . Great place for 2 couples + 1 single in loft. Very comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Bathrooms for everyone and the elevator makes the stairs no issue!

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay or a better location. Everything that we wanted to do was a walkable distance, yet the townhouse was peaceful. You would never know that you were in the heart of an urban environment. We loved our experience.

This property is close to town in an up and coming neighborhood and has all amenities that you need. It is very clean and comfortable and away from the noise of the main shopping/restaurant area. The garage is a bonus as is the private elevator in this 4 story unit.

Worth the 4 hour wait

Loved the condo and the elevator since I am disabled. I wish the owner would have responded to my request to arrive a couple of hours earlier. We had to drive around for 3 hours and then park at the condo for an hour before we could go into it at 4 PM. I asked if we could arrive a little earlier and he responded that he would get back to me but never did. We would have paid more for that convenience.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This location was excellent. Conveniently located in the South Slope brewery district this condo is an easy uphill walk to Asheville’s popular dining destinations. Wicked Weed and Burial Breweries are just minutes away. The condo’s amenities were top notch. Kitchen had all utensils and gadgets needed to prepare a meal. Each bedroom has a separate thermostat so made sleeping temps customizable to each guest. The elevator was a nice feature not having to manually transport bags to the third floor sleeping quarters.My only negative comment (and it is just nitpicky) is that the quality of bath towels was substandard. They were hard and scratchy and not soft and fluffy. Needs a bath mat in front of primary shower as floor is slippery when stepping out with the water from the shower door. All in, this was a great value stay in a good location for a relaxing mountain getaway.

Like New Four (4) years old...

This property is so highly maintained it seems "like new." The internet was poor, so we used our Verizon Jet Pack and or phone as a Hot Spot. The private elevator makes getting between floors a breeze. The property is located in an area that is being revitalized and is located within 5-10 minutes walking (3 minutes driving) to many nice restaurants. We would definately stay here again.
