Great downtown motel that is pet friendly. It is an older building but the rooms comfortable. By far the best deal in the area.

Great location, easily walkable to most of downtown. Free parking. Quick check in. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The building is an older hotel and shows its age, but was in good condition. My only complaint would that lots of street noise can be heard, my room faced the road. Next I would request a room on the rear of the building.

I had a nice experience staying at this hotel! The location is fantastic—within walking distance to great restaurants and breweries, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, and the view was absolutely wonderful, which was a pleasant surprise. While the hotel does look a bit outdated, it’s very well-maintained and clean, so it didn’t bother me at all. Plus, considering the prime location, the price is very reasonable. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with excellent access to local attractions, this hotel is a great choice. I’d stay here again!

The property was centrally located and a decent value for the cost. It was no frills. Definitely outdated. The walls are extremely thin and we could hear everything next door and outside of the room. The breakfast provided was sparse. There was no syrup for the waffles. The coffee was not drinkable. We were only there for one night and it served our purpose.

Great location with easy walking to most of downtown Asheville. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. If they would update their lobby area this hotel would present much better.
