We had a wonderful stay, and despite the challenges of the pandemic the staff made sure we had what we needed. They were very much on top of keeping everything clean and everyone safe. The property is beautiful and centrally located. Would highly recommend!

Location in heart of Asheville allowed us to walk anywhere we pleased.

This is a great addition to the downtown Asheville hotel scene. Great location and the rooftop bar/restaurant was great. Only complaint was that the mattress was a little thin and not very comfortable. Neither was the couch. The roofs are also loud as floors are all tile. All in all it is still a very nice hotel.

Location is great. Top bar & breakfast place are great. House cleaning needs Extensive training in terms to ensure that rooms are well cleaned and towels, soap are available. Front desk personnel is friendly and helpful with some exceptions...may benefit of a customer service refresher

We were first presented with going to another hotel - at the same cost which made me feel uncomfortable — then, the room was stuffy. It smelled musty and moldy — I tried to air it out and the traffic on the street was terribly loud. The room was very stark. I really didn’t feel it was worth anywhere near the cost.

The whole "sleek and clean aspect is played up but in reality the place is minimal and bare. The parking is HORRID and a nightmare to get out. The rooms are TINY, the AC struggles, there are NO drawers for belongings. The bathroom has basically a frosted glass shower door separating you from the bed that's 7 feet away. The restaurant on The roof is ridiculously overpriced for The subpar food, on a very limited menu. The "fitness center"is no more than a treadmill and some dumbells. The staff is not only unpleasant but they are unhelpful. Upon checking out I was billed for 3 unknown charges, so I called and spoke to a lady who put me on hold to come back and apologize that the $280 in charges would drop off after weekend, they didn't realize I already paid through Orbitz (and accidentally billed me for 2 days pdumbbells. 3 hours later a lady called me back and told me I was charges a smoking fee. I explained neither me nor my wife smoke/vape etc, that the only thing did or made in that room was their rancid coffee that was left as it wasn't drinkable. She simply said it is what it is. All in all I just wish I'd spend that money they robbed me out of to stay at Haywood Park again. It's far nicer by all standards.

Very nice hotel in a great location. We were walking distance from great restaurants and shopping. The room was quite spacious and modern and very comfortable. Bathroom was large and well appointed. Everything was immaculate and the staff was helpful and friendly. The rooftop bar area was lovely. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Brand new hotel in the center of Asheville. Sleek and modern decor is well done. Our king room with a balcony was very spacious and clean.
