AC Downtown was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms clean and ready on time. Location was also good, most things were walkable. Biltmore around 15 minutes away. Top floor had a great restaurant and gathering space perfect for get togethers with friends or your significant other.

My wife and I had an outstanding stay at the AC Hotel Asheville. From the moment we arrived, the staff set the tone welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The hotel is spotless, modern, and perfectly located right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and all the great spots Asheville is known for. Our room was clean, quiet, and well-designed with everything you need and nothing you don’t. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the views from the higher floors are excellent. The parking garage was convenient and easy to access. The 9th-floor restaurant/bar is a highlight — great atmosphere, beautiful nighttime city views, and solid food and drink options. It’s the perfect place to unwind after walking around town. Also a big plus: the hotel is dog-friendly, and there’s a convenient area nearby to walk your dog without any hassle. Overall, AC Hotel Asheville delivered exactly what a modern downtown hotel should: comfort, style, great service, and a perfect location. We’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Asheville.
