Great hotel- macine noise in room 201
Beautiful, well maintained facility. Great check in, good coffee and breakfast. Wonderfil spacious room. My only complaint is there us machine noise near room 201. I think it has to do with the elevator or some pumps of some type. It triggered about 40-50 times last night, needless to say I didnt sleep. Not sure about noise in rooms 101, or 301.

This hotel is located right on a cross of several highways and roads. The hotel is poorly built and the windows are very cheap. There is no noise isolation there. It is difficult to sleep a wink at night because the roads just continue to roar. In addition to this when we arrived, we did not have a room. They overbooked the hotel and the manager told us that they do it ALL THE TIME. It's just like the airlines. They overbook and then you come in and don't have a room that you wanted. We needed 3 separate beds and that is what we booked and PAID for. Instead, they didn't have that for us when we came to check in. Obviously, no compensation was provided. The young lady at the counter was so absurd - she demonstratively acted that she couldn't care less. All she said, the manager will handle this. The manager gave us a much smaller room and brought in a roller bed. It was very disruptive and inconvenient and NOT WHAT WE BOOKED.

Make a reservation that had two queen beds. When we got to the room there was one king bed. We when back to front desk they said they over booked and our child can sleep on the couch or roll out bed. They didn’t want to correct their issues!! Very disappointed I always thought customer service first!
