My recent stay at this hotel was great. The staff was friendly, checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable and looked well maintained. The breakfast included has good. I would stay there again.

Immaculate room, and one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in. The breakfast and coffee were on point. It was also very close to everything we needed! Best hotel on the strip, plus they have a Jacuzzi and pool to boot! Checking was super stress free and the staff were amazing and very nice!

Our room seemed fine when we checked in, when we came back from dinner with leftovers we found out the fridge was broken. Ok so not a big deal right things happen. Reported it the next morning and at check out maintenance had yet to come. The first night when we went to go to bed there were spots on the bed that looked like blood, so we slept on top of the comforter because it was so late we didn’t think housekeeping was there. I went to the front desk the next morning and asked for housekeeping to come change the sheets and report the fridge. Housekeeping came quickly but like I said maintenance never came. The one thing I looked for when choosing a hotel was an indoor pool, when we checked in the front desk said that it had just been treated and we could still go swimming but she suggested we wait a little bit, ok no big deal right? The pool was closed the whole time we were there it was cloudy still when we left however they were allowing people to use it even though the sign on the door said it was closed. The hot tub was still open but many people were using the hot tub because the pool was technically closed . The “newly remodeled” sign stood proudly however the curtains had holes all through them. There was a free breakfast but I’ve had way better breakfasts in other hotels. I don’t foresee ever going back to a Fairfield hotel again! Thankfully it didn’t ruin our late valentines getaway it just made us explore Ashville more than planned.

Checking in was easy. The young woman who was working the desk Saturday & Sunday evening was very personable. She wasn’t aware that we were in town for a funeral and was under a little stress, (even though it was was Valentine’s Day), When I addressed a situation, instead of brushing me off, she jumped quickly to find a solution. Her hospitality impressed me. Our room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Staff was friendly, efficient and friendly! The room was clean and neat. The breakfast was hot, delicious and varied. However, the pool had something white and bubbly in it and the hot tub had so much chlorine in it half an hour before closing that we had allergic reactions. We stayed at this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub but could not use them for the rest of our stay.

The property is great but the surrounding area not the best. No fault to the hotel, parking was easy but large trucks blocked the majority of parking by the door. Breakfast was great, just would have liked more of a variety. Room was great and staff amazing. I would stay again when in the area.
