Outdoor room entry (not apparent until arrived at the property)....way too noisy! Advertised property upgraded 4 months ago. If so, i can't imagine what conditions were like before the upgrade, i.e., beds are terrible (cheap, soft foam sinks 6"-8"), no fan in bathroom, A/C unit super-loud when on, and more. Poor-quality property overall....

Front desk staff was very nice but apparently the only one really there. Our microwave was broken and we didn't realize it until we'd purchased food. The entire housekeeping staff had 'called in' and no one even made up our room for the time we were there. No new towels, coffee etc. The room itself was really ok, good value for the money in Asheville.

They have remodeled the rooms, A nice clean comfortable place for a comfortable night sleep. Nothing real fancy, but perfect for a nice and affordable place to stay

I am a local resident to the area. Needed a place to stay because of work being done on my home. Upon check-in I was informed they do not rent to local residents. Therefore, they would not let me stay. I even informed them of my situation. They gave me a full refund. However, the lack of up front notification of this, either by the hotel or by Orbitz, I find completely unacceptable. Since I did not stay, I cannot comment on anything else.

breakfast could have had a little more choices to choose from. the room was clean and property as well

Bed sheet in our room has not been changed.It was dirty!-black spots from makeup probably.As soon as I saw it, called to front desk but nobody answered. Went to front desk and told to NOT friendly girl that I need somebody change my bed linens.Her response without any sorry word or sorry voice or sorry face was that nobody here to help me out and the only what she could do was to give me linens and I had changed them by myself! Horrible Motel! do not stay there! There are a lot of better Hotels around on Tunnel road.Just not worth $247 per night at this place!!!

Walls must be super thin. We could here everything the folks were saying and doing.

The location was very convenient and the price was good
