We were in town for just a quick visit so we didn't get to use the kitchen much. The house was awesome and located in a great place. The hot tub was great but we didn't get to use it much because of our short stay. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home to anyone visiting the Asheville area. The location was perfect as nothing we wanted to do was more than a few minutes away, which made getting around incredibly easy. One of our favorite features was the river access directly across the street. Our dog absolutely loved it, and it was such a nice bonus to have a pet-friendly spot so close by.We also spent a ton of time relaxing on the deck. It was the perfect place to enjoy our mornings and unwind in the evenings. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We were especially impressed with how well the air conditioning worked, even with the bedrooms being upstairs. Everyone stayed comfortable throughout our stay.Overall, this was a great home in an excellent location, and we would happily stay here again on a future trip to Asheville.

The house was clean, and the listing looked exactly as posted. Also close to attractions such as Biltmore and The Grove. Neighborbood is very quiet. The only disadvantage is there was no access to the outside trashcan or the garage like the listing had stated.
