Our contemporary house features large windows, a hot tub, and eco-friendly amenities, including 28 solar panels and an EV charger in your private garage. It’s conveniently located a short drive from downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House.

The well-appointed kitchen, designed by Barbara, a former international chef, is perfect for culinary adventures and includes complimentary coffee, tea, and fresh fruit.

Upstairs, three modern bedrooms offer a cozy master with a reading nook and two others with stunning mountain views. The loft has a sofa bed and desk area.

We created this retreat for your enjoyment in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains, ensuring your privacy while being just across the street for assistance. A Ring Doorbell and Camera provide added security, prioritizing your comfort and safety.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The home is extremely clean, has everything you could possibly need (seriously everything you could possibly think of!), and is very close to all Asheville attractions. The homeowners are very kind and offered great advice regarding restaurants, hikes, attractions, etc. The best part of the home is the Mountain View.
