The staff were welcoming, friendly, flexible, and always helpful. The room (and other areas of the hotel) were super clean. The hotel is well located near great dining options and plenty of interesting local retailers. We would definitely stay there again.

Stunning view from the 9th floor Bathroom needs an upgrade hazardous tub to get in and out of. Everyone was pleasant and professional. $$$ pricey but location was amazing. Overall great experience.
Beautiful property in the perfect downtown location. Rooms were so well decorated, with awesome lighting, great beds, and a roomy bath. Staff were wonderful as well.
Great location for walking to dining however I would have liked a list of current open restaurants in my room. I would have liked an ice machine on my floor. I had to take a elevator for ice. The staff I met was cheerful, pleasant and nice. Valet was easy. Valet staff were super. Room was quiet 🙂. My shower soap holder was broken whoops there goes my soap on the floor. Need towel, robe hooks. Hand towel rail or holder. Would like room service when needed. Like being able to order Hotel pot of really good coffee and pastries and fruit seems reasonable for the hotel stars / cost. Cheers

Upper view of the mountains! Huge windows on one side of room to enjoy the view. Modern decor in the room. Walking distance to everything you could want or need. The hotel rooftop restaurant is excellent!
