Hotel was very dirty, workers think because off corona virus they can deny you anything they want. They still charge you for everything but not give you anything you paid for. A really bad place to stay.
We got ready for bed and needed an outlet on my side of the bed. There wasn't one so we had to move the chair out to get to an outlet. When we moved the chair there was so much dirt & debris underneath it appeared it had never been vacuumed. Then my husband went to use the bathroom & discovered feces on the front of the toilet seat. Since we were ready for bed, he used hand sanitizer and cleaned it himself. When we checked out the next day the clerk only wanted to know if we had reported it the night before. The clerk did write it in the log but then just glossed over it and told me we didn't owe anything else. I never even got an apology for the condition of the room. For a $200 a night room I expect it to be clean.
Great location. This is a go-to property I book when I have colleagues come into town for work.

It is a reat location, but I didn't really like Valet parking only.
Sent me to a room on the 10th floor that wasn’t ready, had to go all the way back down to change, was never offered complimentary water like I seen the other guests getting during check in. Was never aware there is $30/night parking fee
It was a little frustrating getting our car at checkout, but they were super busy.
I loved everything about this hotel. From the location to the amenities, it was amazing. The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was flawless. I cannot think of one thing that I didn’t like about my stay.
It was a wonderful hotel stay out. It was good for breakfast. At 5:30 having two drinks and talking to the bartender that was very nice. The staff is wonderful to go to.
