My wife and I have been at the Raleigh Sheraton before. Since then, there has been a major deterioration in services. We will not be returning. It was not possible to control room temp with the thermostat. No matter what setting I tried, it would not move from 67 (?), that is cold for us. Temp only rose when I turned the system off. Getting wifi was nearly impossible. I was able to phone the front desk only on the first day. They could not walk me through it, so I had to bring my laptop to the front desk. Then the phone no longer worked. The shower took 20 min to get comfortable temp. The room was not cleaned on Friday, day 1. Since there were no clean towels by Sat. next day at 11:30 PM, I had to get some from front desk. By the way, there was no welcome book listing hotel services or what was available nearby.
The only positive grade I will give is to Jimmy's where food and service were excellent.
Shame on you!
