Thanks for the awesome time.

Dining was good Hotel was hosting a bloodhound convention that I was not part of. I was accommodated at the same section dedicated to the dogs and dog owners. I was staying for only two nights and I like dogs, so not big deal. Well, the dog smell on the hallways was overwhelming. For the most part convention participants were cleaning after their dogs in the green areas, but the smell was strong, making you think before wondering around. Every now the AC of the room was introducing the green area smells in to the room. Room was clean, but after sharing the same walking areas with dogs, I became paranoid of what my shoes are bringing to the room. Room areas need some remodeling. Based on my experience, I will make sure not to stay in a dog-friendly hotel.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Crowne Plaza Resort in Asheville over Labor Day weekend! The staff were super friendly and helpful. So wonderful and great personalities. Loved having the shuttle to and from downtown. So convenient. And their breakfast buffet! Delicious. We loved every minute of our stay. Highly recommend this place.

We had multiple issues gaining access to our room but it was finally fixed after replacing the entire entry lock. The room was very clean and the property was maintained very well. We'd stay again if in the area.

The property is listed as a “resort”. Make no mistake about it, this is a barely converted 2 level motel. The lobby and restaurant are in fact nicely decorated as seen in the online photos. But that’s where it ALL ends. The buildings that you stay in are as close to any roadside roach motel that you can imagine. Cars were parked mere feet from the giant motel windows. We spent $475 to stay in this dingy room and were extremely disappointed to put it mildly. I actually thought our GPS had brought us to the wrong location upon arrival. If they had one photo online of the actual buildings containing the rooms, I am certain NO ONE would ever book a stay here. About the inside….We could literally hear the conversation of the guests in the room beside us. As we walked the hallway to our room, the floors were filthy. The baseboard heaters in the hallway looked a good 60 years old. There was a push button heater in the corner of the room that sounded like a train rolling through the room and turned off and on the entire night. At best, this place should be charging $100 a night. Extremely dated and dingy property.

Place needs to be upgraded

Convenient and nice stay

Extremly close to downtown a few minutes drive. Parking was easy to find once downtown. Staff was awesome and helpful. I do think rooms and hall carpets need a refresh/cleaning but other than that its very nice place to stay.

I stay at this hotel once a week for work and love it every time.

Nice clean place to stay - hotel restaurant was unbelievably good!

The pictures are deceiving! Looks more like a motel 8 in the rooms. Stains all over the carpets. Tons of bugs on the ceilings. We checked into our room and there were 2 glasses on the floor outside our door (not ours. There when we got there) we stayed 3 days.... they were still there when we left. There was a water line broken (probably not the hotels fault) but would have been nice to know ahead of seeing nasty brown water in our toilet upon checking in. And continued to have brown/grey murky water the rest of our stay. Poor lighting in the room. Very dark. Hard to get ready. Do not recommend

We were greeted by an unsmiling and rude woman named Vicki. We asked her questions about the town and what to see and she said she didn’t do any of that so couldn’t help us. We were stranded for Christmas and called the restaurant before 8 and they refused to even make something simple for us to go to eat in our room! On Christmas! Will never return.
