Check in staff was a bit rude on 7/6. The bartender on 7/6 and wait staff (Teresa) were amazing. Trivia night was GREAT! The room lights (lamps) were not all working. The toilet chain broke in the middle of the night. We had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom. The hotel grounds are so beautiful. The views are tranquil. Overall, the hotel seems to have been "the place to stay" in years past. Sadly, now the rooms need some TLC

Great place for a family vacation

We had a great time here. We loved the atmosphere. The room was clean but the common areas were a little dirty/dusty. Wish the pool was larger and there were more lounge chairs.

Lori and Natalie are AMAZING! Lori was quick to accommodate our needs. Natalie was so sweet to send a Happy Birthday gift our room and was quick to offer anything we needed. Ric was on his third day here and was so sweet and helpful. We will FOR SURE be back! Thank you everyone who made this so enjoyable!
