Nice lobby entrance. Room had ants, bathroom was having issues

Great place for family stay cation or vacation Check-In staff were very cheerful & helpful

Our air conditioning did not work properly Restaurant was excellent

The hotel was beautiful and meticulously clean. It looks like an older property that has been tastefully refurbished and decorated. The staff were very helpful. The welcoming fireplace in the lobby/lounge area made for an inviting start to our stay.

This is a short vacation for family. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks Crowne Plaza.

1 Room wasn’t cleaned on arrival. Bathtub clogged up. Hotel staff though were amazing!

The room was very comfortable and the view was very nice.We really enjoyed the open lobby with the huge fireplace. The only issue for me was it is a pet friendly hotel and I am allergic to certain pets.

The staff is very courteous and helpful and the water pressure in the showers was great. Other than that, not very impressed. The beds were too firm and the bedding needed to be soaked in fabric softener for a week - it felt like burlap. The closet had four hangers and there was no microwave (the staff did quickly accommodate our requests for more hangers and a microwave). The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen in my life and the shower head was at pygmy height. The TV worked sporadically. Our room was a wi-fi dead zone. The pool and hot tub are in a separate building that's not quite walking distance and it closes at 9:00 p.m.

Nice and clean hotel. the staff is friendly also the restaurant staff.

Staff here are amazing. So friendly and helpful. Would come back for that alone! But the recently remodelled hotel has a lodge feel that is charming too.

Newly and beautifully renovated w/ balconies. It's only a few moments away from Downtown with shuttle service to and fro every 30 minutes.

Stayed in this place years ago. This used to be a Holiday Inn then a Hilton. Little has changed. Apparently no one wants to fix up the rooms. New lobby and entrance, meeting space and spa area.. Very nice. Rooms are not. Pet friendly may be the reason. Shower head too low for anyone over 5'5". No bathroom vent fan.(not sure how they get away with that)Sliding door to outside grounds unable to close fully. Left 1" gap open all night. Not sure if this is just Ashville but within 5 minutes there greeted with pot smoke from a mother on her 2nd floor balcony. Beds were good. Staff friendly and $5 downtown shuttle is nice, but when driver leaves you with instructions for pick up that are wrong on a very cold windy night, that is not good. We had to walk 2 blocks back to where we just were. No apologies given by staff. Only given 2 breakfast passes even though 4 in room, for a breakfast that is usually free, such as my last stay in nice, new hotel in downtown Nashville. Freeway and roads impede ease of access to hotel. Cat litter boxes and general trash left in hallways. Location was within 15 minutes or less of Biltmore/Blue ridge parkway/and downtown.

The hotel is going through some renovations and the lobby looks great, though our pet-friendly room seemed to not yet have been renovated. However, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It looked like the door was falling out of the frame which caused a bit of noise to travel as well as noise from the room above. Overall, I'd recommend and return to the hotel based on location and of course, the lower price point compared to other chains.

Great hotel. Very close to downtown. Have stayed here several times have always had a great experience. It is an older hotel with great character. The hotel staff has always been helpful and accomidating. The only reason I gave an over all score of 4, currently are going through a huge remodel. Once it is complete it will definitely be a 5.

Short stay. Hotel perfect for the visit to downtown. Not in the town center but close. Geography makes it necessary to drive or shuttle to town center even though it is less than one mile away.

The staff were so helpful and a delight! From the front desk to the grounds personnel, they were polite and went out of their way to answer any questions.

Room was very clean and nice extras. The hotel is not within walking distance to downtown.

The carpet was dirty, the shower head hung out of the wall when trying to move it and tiles on the shower had mold. We ordered room service only to realize the room only had one chair but two beds!
