Liked everything, wonderful accommodations, shops, eatery within walking distance.

The property was beautiful and located in the Village within walking distance of many things to see and do.

Close to the Antler Village, great shuttle service

Very clean with nice rooms a little pricey. Good location and nice walking paths

Very nice hotel and the room is very clean too. Check in and everything was very fast. We’re pretty happy with our experience there.

From the entry gate of the estate, you must drive three miles to get to the hotel. It is a very bucolic area as you are surrounded by forest and farm land. The hotel is adjacent to the winery, restaurants and farm that is called Antler Hill Village. Very pretty surroundings that warrant walking around during the day. It is also lit up at night and is quite romantic . I also visited the more expensive hotel up the hill, but felt this hotel was more convenient to everything .

Wonderful place Hotel staff very considerate and helpful

Upon check in, I was greeted by a very kind and helpful employee who was in training. I had two separate reservations and had requested that my keys be activated for the entire stay. She was very helpfu but explained she’d need her supervisor to assist her with this. He came over when he was finished w another customer and barely spoke to the employee and barely made eye contact with me. He took care of the issue at hand and then communicated (in front of me) what “she” (ME) would need to do regarding my two reservations!!! Hello! I’m right in front of you! Then I go up to my room and drop off my luggage, and come back to move my car. Upon returning to my room, BOTH keys don’t work. I returned to the front desk only to be told by the same supervisor that it must be because my key was next to my phone (which it was’t). New keys issued. I go back up to my room. NEW keys don’t work!! I go BACK downstairs. New supervisor assists and I have success! I get ready and go to dinner at the hotel restaurant. I was seated right away. BUT, it took approx 15-20 before ANYONE approached me to even welcome me or even offer me water. (I had been in the car for 9 hours and hadn’t eaten since breakfast). The servers all around me were tending to tables, but I was invisible. Another issue today w same front desk supervisor acting disrespectful to his subordinates in front of me while himself clueless on how to print tickets for reservations I’d made for outdoor activity. (And no 10% disc given.)

The room was good sized with high ceilings. It was well designed and bright, cheery, and clean. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were extensive and lovely.

Wife and I celebrating our wedding anniversary enjoyed the hotel and the wine.

We decided to travel last minute for a family holiday. Grandparents to very young children. Our stay at the Village Hotel was idyllic. It adjoins the village which adjoins the barn. I was thrilled with our accommodations and there is so much for everyone to do. There were wide open places for the little ones to run and play and wonderful folks to help and encourage them to play with toys from eras long gone. The food was delicious. I recommend with 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again. Besides the comfort, hospitality and amenities, the hotel is strategically located to other sites on the estate. And we LOVED the access to the shuttles.

Several couples met for a long weekend and the Village Hotel was a perfect place. Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting with lots to do.

I stay 5 days with my 9 and 5 years boys, we had a blast we ride horses, we went kayaking, we rent bikes and segways We had a blast I truly appreciated George Vanderbilt and his family

Biltmore Estates is beautiful place lots to do. We went for the concert series had a great time. Rims for knives bed was very comfortable. I did have a complaint they did not have any place good to set also was in the room was a folding chair. It did have a window seat but that was not very comfortable.

Totally had a great time. The staff were very pleasant and enjoyed how helpful they were. It was a good to be able to park your car and someone else did the driving for getting around. Thank you for a wonderful get away.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience, the hotel staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to answer all of our questions and concerns.

Everything was great. Loved the hotel, restaurants, proximity to the winery and Antlers Ridge, great shuttle service to Biltmore Hose, enjoyed the river raft ride and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. The only place to stay if in Asheville to visit the Biltmore House. The only negative was the room furniture was a bit dusty, no big deal.
