The lady that checked us in was not any help at all and gave us wrong information about the Biltmore House hours. She also offered no help in regards to transportation options.

Overall beautiful property and comfortable stay

Great location, relaxing and beautiful.

Loved the 2 night stay! Super convenient Biltmore location and excellent property!

It was on the Biltmore Estates. Pricey, but worth the time.

The property is simply amazing. You definitely need a car to get around the property. The gardens are beautiful. Plenty of wine, food, and ice cream! There are trails for a bit of hiking. The Village hotel is adorable. Room was updated and clean. Staff was pleasant.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and the dining options, although hard to get into, were outstanding. Food was fantastic. Staff throughout the hotel and restaurants were very friendly and accommodating.

One of our key card had to be replaced every day.

Great location for visiting Biltmore, enjoyed the restaurants being close and Winery. Everything closed way too early, we never even got to do the Wine tasting because it was too booked during the day and they close too early.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the access to the full grounds of Biltmore the day of arrival and departure was the main benefit we were looking for and it was easy to use. Wesley at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. Our only dislike was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable, especially considering the level of this property. They were worse than some budget hotels we've stayed at.

To provide more and safer dining availability it would help to have room service as an option.

Just an amazing experience, the tours and shops are great.

This hotel and the entire property is absolutely gorgeous! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the front desk clerk, Wesley. He was truly wanting you to enjoy your day and was happy to help when you had any questions, like I did. He went out of his way to assist me in getting reservations for dinner during stay. A helpful tip, if there's a particular restaurant you would like to have a reservation for, call a couple of days ahead of time. Due to the covid situation, seating is limited. Also, we took an hour horseback ride during our stay. It was a great way to see the back of the Biltmore Estate, while getting a informative history lesson about the estate by our wonderful horse guide, Megan. She was more than happy to answer any questions you may have about horses and the estate. I rode Colorado. He was a well trained horse that loved to snuggle. We will definitely be back! Thank you Wesley and Megan!

Everything was great! Horseback riding, wine tastings, food, shopping, etc. All on property.
