You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood on a one-acre wooded lot, conveniently located just 10 minutes from downtown Asheville with easy access to restaurants, historic sites, hiking and other adventure destinations. You and your loved ones will enjoy 1600 square feet of living space in the LOWER AREA of our home with a private entrance all to yourselves. Our two-person spa and deck area will help you relax and enjoy the day looking at the surrounding forest. You might spot wild turkeys, deer, or even bears. The unit has a new 65-inch Sony Google TV to enjoy your favorite streaming services, as well as a bluetooth Marshall speaker for music. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, gas oven/stove, toaster oven, microwave and plenty of cookware. Please be aware that there are steps leading to and from the entrance (see pictures). For your safety and security cameras are located in two trees facing the driveway only and will always be turned on.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
