I visited for four days and three nights with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary and I had a fantastic time. The Inn and grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, beautiful and it was pin drop quiet on my floor. Definitely splurge and eat at the Dining Room. What a treat that was! We also enjoyed the Estate and Monet Exhibit very much. There is lots to do and something for those looking for outdoor activities AND those looking to just relax, eat wonderful food and browse the shops. I can't say enough great things about this place. DEFINITELY GO.

We absolutely loved this place and plan to return again and again!

It took too much time to contact the front desk. The grounds were beautiful but unkept. The first room had excessive mildew.

The entire property was first class.

An elegant experience in every way! The most amazing views of the beautiful area. The Dining Room has delicious food accompanied by excellent service and ambience.

Site, walking trails immediately around the hotel, decor were spectacular. Dinner service was superb but box lunches were overpriced at $42 and breakfast oatmeal was served cold.

You will not regret staying at the Inn. It’s beautiful, peaceful, clean, and the staff is amazing.

We love coming here for a weekend getaway. The property is always top notch. The “Mountain View” rooms have some of the best Mountain View’s I have ever seen. We will continue to stay at this property every time we come visit Asheville.

Every thing was great. Only thing we didn't like was the high cost of every thing, but we made due.

Best hotel ever! Maintained to the highest standard!

The quiet and gentile environment is so peaceful. All the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Two in- house restaurants were disappointing in their offerings; though there are fine restaurants on the property that I've eaten at before.

The setting in the mountains was beautiful. The staff was great

Property was as shown. Beautiful and excellent service. Shuttle was a big plus. Only negative was floor ice machine out of order for entire stay. Had to go up one floor. I mentioned and not repaired. Otherwise a great long weekend.

The staff was great in the hotel and shops. We enjoyed walking the grounds and being able to walk to the Village. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax at the end of the day. It was a very relaxing atmosphere.
