Good price and descent location

Very nice, clean and quiet

No hot water, dirty room

Had my wallet stolen from my room around the same time as maintenance staff were in the room. The shift manager was dismissive and rude and the hotel manager the next morning was not much better. What a lousy experience. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

Clean rooms, great parking, great location.

The location is very convenient with free on-site parking. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's an older hotel with a musty smell. The third floor room had a leaky fucet, no microwave and a very loud AC unit. The fourth floor appeared less used. You can hear people in the hallway after 10 PM and before 6 AM.

The housekeeping staff entered our room while we at breakfast and opened and destroyed a birthday card we had on the desk for a friend. When we confronted the housekeeper she lied and told us she didn't see a card. We found the opened and destroyed card in the garbage bag on her cart.

Great restaurant space..very kid friendly. Bathrooms updated and clean ( a plus for us).

Great location adjacent to where our conference was being held. Walking distance to a lot of amenities and "sights and scenes"

I would rate this hotel as my all time favorite hotel experience. Fluffy blankets, drinkable water, strong water pressure, clean and fresh, friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant attached. Will be our go-to hotel in Asheville!

Rooms were old and had a stale smell. Not very clean. Shower drain needed fixing. In room safe didn’t work. First room had elevator sound keeping us up all night. Next two rooms had bugs so we left for another hotel.

We were disappointed that housekeeping consisted of exchanging towels and that was it. No bed being made, no garbage removed, no cleaning of the room. Property is aging.

This is second time I stayed here. Very helpful and keep it nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

Room smelled awful. Mattress was terrible. Bathroom was small and dysfunctional. Decor was tired and depressing. Food was poor.
