Don't miss out on this great 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home in North Asheville, 1 block from Beaver Lake. Enjoy one-level living, including washer and dryer on main level. The dining room and formal living room offer large picture windows looking out on spacious fenced backyard. The backyard features a brick patio. Appliances include a dual fuel range, Bosch quiet dishwasher, Samsung refrigerator and LG Washer/Dryer (gas dryer). Kitchen features ample cabinet storage, large single basin sink, garbage disposal, kraftmaid wood cabinets, and granite countertops. There is a tv/game room/study, informal kitchen dining room, formal dining room and living room. The house has hardwood floors with tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is basement storage and a workbench. The house does not have a garage, but there is ample driveway parking. House is located within walking distance to Beaver Lake, Ingles and Fresh Market, and 5-7 minute drive to UNC Asheville. The house is located in a great neighborhood to walk around the neighborhood or lake and is not on a busy through street. The house can be furnished or unfurnished and includes the appliances noted above. Backyard is fully fenced.
The property requires a minimum 6 month stay. $4800 per month furnished and $3000 unfurnished.
