Took a date weekend with wife to Asheville. Ate at PF Chang's which is in walking distance. Staff was great. Hotel was a short drive to many bike paths (10-25min). Room service for breakfast was very good. Wish I could have stayed another couple of days.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very pretty. The view was good as well. The room decor was beautifully done. Quite and peaceful. I will stray there again.

Nice bit a little over priced and further away from the biltmore than we expected and not much of a view out the window. Overall clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay at this hotel. There is an acceptable dining facility and room service and a vibrant bar area in the lobby. Always a refreshment as you enter that is appropriate to the weather (from chilled cucumber water to warm cider) and champagne on Friday afternoons! So convenient to walk to nice shops and an assortment of excellent dining opportunities. It's only a short drive to the historic and local and visitor sights. This trip was two days of guided fly fishing with a day on front and end for other fun.

Hotel was nice but not worth what they charge. Staff was ver friendly. The walls were paper thin, heard every word from the room next door.

The hotel check in process was fast and friendly. We were assigned room 227, it was clean and had a great color scheme. The beds were comfortable. There were two issues with the room. First was the location. The wall behind the headboards was noisy. We had the ice maker, soda machine, and elevator shaft right behind the headboard.. Directly outside the window on eye level were the heating and cooling machines which cycled on and off. My esitmate is about 20 units in total. So, if you can't sleep with a lot of noise, don't allow them to assign you this room. We went and bought ear plugs. The second issue was the lack of chairs. There was no desk chair or lounge type chair to sit on. Only options were sitting on the floor or trying to sit on the bed and do computer work. Not sure what you would do if you ordered room service. The physical hotel location is great and there are many dining and entertainment options nearby. Valet parking is $8 or you can self park in a nearby garage. I would go back to this hotel, but would not stay in this particular room again.

The hotel is convenient to several restaurants within walking distance. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Biltmore House and Gardens.

My wife and I very much enjoyed this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The only slightly annoying part of the stay was that the parking garage was not attached to the hotel. Of course if that bothers you just use the valet parking.

We have a family trip to Asheville area for weekend get-away. The hotel location is good for night life and restraunts, but a little far from down town. Room is very clean and spacious. Check-in time is a little long I think maybe because the receptionist is newer.

Wonderful location - restaurants and movie theater all within walking distance. Easy drive to many area attractions such as the Biltmore House, Chimney Rock park, and the NC Arboretum. The hotel has a fantastic buffet breakfast that was included in our package. There is a roomy parking deck connected to the hotel and there is no charge for parking.

everyone at the hotel were so nice and polite. The rooms were nice and clean, great bar downstairs and offers room service! Location is in the middle of multiple restaurants and a movie theater!

The location had everything within walking distance in the evening, restaurants, movies and local entertainment. the staff was fabulous no matter where in the hotel you encountered them. Spa is great

Full service hotel in a great location near Ashville and just off I-26. Service was first rate and friendly. Best hotel value in the area.

Went to Asheville to visit the Biltmore for the day. Spent previous 6 days in Highlands, NC. The hotel was clean & the staff was very courteous. There is night time live music outside that ended at nine p.m. (thankfully).

Excellent newer hotel with a boutique hotel atmosphere. The room my wife and I occupied was spacious and very well decorated. Location was also nice with the new Biltmore Park mixed use development. Restaurants, movie theater, and shops next door and within walking distance. Only downside was at check-in as the young woman receptionist displayed her inexperience with a rude remark to a question. All in all though an excellent hotel and we plan on staying again soon.

The hotel was wonderful! The rooms were immaculate. All of the staff were very friendly. Great location. Lots of little shops and restaurants in the area.

Very airy, bright hotel in a great location, and easy parking. Only 15 minutes away from the Biltmore estate.
