For our purposes, the location of this B&B was great. The innkeepers Erica and Jim made us feel right at home, and it is very clear that they have put a lot of thought into this B&B. Even though we arrived late in the evening, the self check-in process was well thought out and everything went smoothly. I mentioned that my partner had a mild food sensitivity and they went out of their way to be accommodating. Lastly, the breakfast was scrumptious every morning!

The cottage was quaint, charming, warm, and inviting. Private bathroom. Room equipped with own ac unit and thermostat control. The room was supplied with a coffee maker, blow dryer, soaps, shampoo, ample towels and washcloths plus comfy robes. Comfortable beds and pillows The warm breakfasts were delicious and bountiful. Erica and Jim (managers) were helpful, gracious, and accommodating. They answered our abundance of questions and provided guidance as needed. The property is close to the Biltmore estate and downtown. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, relaxing, and chatting with other guests. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Cute house, great staff but location means you must drive to everything. Also, be sure to book upstairs room. Otherwise you will hear upstairs guests. Room was comfy and breakfast was good.

This is a quaint B&B, nicely decorated and cozy. Breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant. The room was comfy and clean and a great added benefit was that our room had a separate entrance to the outside in addition to the main hallway entrance. We traveled with little dogs so this was a great plus for us to take them directly outside. We also had a nice porch area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The house is in a strange kind of location among the hospital building area but we actually just went for a quick getaway and it is very close to Biltmore which was our target destination. We will stay there again some time.

The location is very good and the Inn is very nice. The breakfast is excellent! The staff was very accommodating and friendly and offered everything to make our visit very nice. Our room was small and the only negative was that due to settling of the old house, our room floor was very slanted and caused a bit of a problem with my vertigo challenges. Other than this part, we loved the experience and would like to return to stay in a different room next time.

They make all the food from scratch - sourdough bread, yogurt, granola, everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay and can't wait to return! Great cycling, nice hiking and some really fun eats! Overall a wonderful spot for a short weekend get away!
