Very out-dated hotel for the price, the grounds, and surrounding area not kept, the bathrooms were borderline at best, no outlets to recharge phones, no breakfast. For a Ramada- very disappointing, will likely look at other chains in the future

This hotel is a dump and a waste of money. It needs to be totally renovated and I will absolutely never stay here again.

This hotel appears to have been decent at one time but it ihas not been renovated in ages. Our room had mildew and the mattress sagged so badly that you slid to the center. The shower had good pressure and a good shower head. One of the positives and the TV had adequate channels. The cheaper price did not offset the discomfort of the room. My flight out got canceled and we stayed at the airport Econolodge. It was a veritable palace by comparison.

Bait and switch on room, room smelled like urine, had white mold on wall, staff broadcast my room number out loud upon checking in to lobby, when I asked for another room for safety reasons, I was told it wasn't my right, I was made to feel bad. Policy was to charge $25 for pet per stay, they charged $15 per night per pet which was supposed to be deposit. I'd called in advance and confirmed what was posted on two different websites-- they keep entire-deposit as pet fee. if you put a pet in a room that smells like urine, and you are responsible for damage, I guess that's how they get you. Orbitz tried to help, but because I'd shortened the stay by a day, they changed the reservation and now it wasn't an Orbitz reservation. I found it to be extremely disreputable, unfriendly and there were roaches by the swimming pool. I've planned a lot of high end meetings for senior executives in very nice properties and never met with people that don't like their jobs as much as these individuals. You're in a service industry, Shelly is being trained by the manager, do it right. With a smile and how can we help you. Ramada is a big chain and they should be concerned with independently owned properties like this who treat people worse than dogs and then lie that there is no phone number to call. Karma is karma.

Place stinks so bad it's unbearable. Even the lobby stinks. Don't stay here. I still smell like it. It's in my clothes. Mold mildew

The hotel was clean enough but the staff was unaccommodating

I visited the Asheville area around Thanksgiving. So, it seemed the price was a bit on the high side. Past the lobby, the interior of the hotel looked nice. However, I was given a room towards the back of the hotel. The room was overall clean, but the furniture, décor and fixtures were quite old...not as nice as in the pictures.

The hotel was clean, safe, and priced right. But, it's in rather bad repair. The restaurant (IHOP) isn't really a good fit.

Terrrrrrrrrible!!!!! Disgusting!!! (Bathtubs looked like someone took a dump in them, DO NOT WALK ON THE CARPET IN BARE FEET, room S.T.A.N.K.) Decrepit!!!! (Has not been updated in at least 10 years, other than new linens, busted walls, peeling wallpaper, dripping in the walls, can see past room flood damage) Overpriced!!! (not supposed to post room rate in here, so I will just say that the amount charged equaled a nice room with mini fridge, microwave, fluffy bed,and updated room. What you got was a scary room that looked like hookers and johns used it as a pay by the hour motel complete with smell) Do not get so jazzed about seeing the fall colors (which are not even close to peak at the moment because it has been so warm) that you give this piece of refuse your hard earned dollars. Wait to go or scour for something else! Will ruin your trip!

This is a great hotel. We love the indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is very nice. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I thought the accommodations were a very good value for the money. I had my Grandson with me and he totally enjoyed the pool, arcade, putting green, and hot tub. I would stay again.

Hotel staff not very friendly. Public restroom in lobby was dirty at 11 am and still not cleaned by the following morning. Check out took forever finally just left key on counter because man on staff was too busy putting away pool cues and lady on the desk couldn't take time to acknowledge me waiting there!

I did like the IHOP attached. It was very convenient for dinner and breakfast. I don't recall ever seeing a smile from anyone at the reception desk. If you asked a question the answer given was given in such a manner as to say, "You don't know". I would recommend this only for a stop-over on a long journey, but then again a bit pricey for that.

This is an older motel with a very spacious lobby and has an indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub. The price is rather high for this area. My main complaint is that the queen size beds that we booked were actually small twin beds.

I made an unscheduled stop in the middle of a rain storm. The front desk clerk was super nice and accommodating. There was no breakfast, as stated, but you get 10% off the restaurant next door. Found a roach in the toilet. Otherwise, this is comfortable and friendly.

This hotel is certainly a dated hotel which has received many updates over the year. The interesting covered common area for swimming and other activities creates a "fun spot" for everyone. It was a good blend of location, clean rooms, connected to an IHOP for those great breakfast selections. I preferred the IHOP over the standard - free breakfasts of other hotels. Can walk to the IHOP eat, and then check out. Plus 10% off showing the room key. Will use this location again.

Everything was as you would want in a place to stay. The room was large and clean, everything was in proper working order. The bed was comfortable and the comforter was divine to sleep under when I cranked up the AC. Staff was cordial and pleasant. Would stay again.

The hotel was fine although it needs some updating. The room door was all scratched as well as the tube. The biggest problems was that the room was advertised as coming with a free breakfast which did not happen. The desk attendant said they had been reporting that the room does not come with breakfast but it has never been changed

Pool was not working due to not being heated. Carpet was dirty with holes. There was no elevator. Room was freezing and the knobs on heaters were broken. Room was changed to warmer one in better repair. Was first room reserved for prepaid customers? IHOP did not have free breakfast as advertised. Get this hotel off your list please. $88.00 was wasted. I booked so I could swim after long car ride.
